We stayed at the Americana and called to book a 3 person pedicure the day before and they had availability to fit us in. The environment was very relaxing! We had Sejal, Sabrina and Chasnie and all 3 were terrific!! Such a great start to the vacation we will definitely be back!! Thanks ladies for the fantastic service

My daughter and I enjoyed a very pampering day at the Senses spa & boutique after staying at the Americana waterpark. Guests from the hotel receive an additional discount as well, which was greatly appreciated. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and was able to answer all my questions with detail. I received a 25min body massage from the RMT, Ljiljana. She was extremely knowledgeable with all of my body pains and what I can do to in the future. I would most definitely recommend Ljiljana for a body massage. This spa is top notch, relaxing and everyone is very welcoming. I do recommend booking ahead of time.

Went in to purchase a gift card. Chasnie was very friendly and helpful and explained each service so that I knew how much to put on the card. Made the whole process much easier

Me and my daughter went for the first time to do a facial at this spa during our stay at Americana . All the staff were friendly and welcoming us. I had Katie who was so friendly and helpful on answering my questions with my skin and also my concerns with my daughter acne problems. My daughter had Sabrina , she had a calming voice that made my daughter feel at ease. Definitely coming back to this place . Very clean , tidy and smelled amazing.

Boyfriend and I have found our little home away from home. We typically do a couple's massage and either a facial or pedicure. A nice little getaway. Amenities are just a sauna and shower - it's more than enough for us. All staff that we've had in the past have been great. Looking forward to our next visit everytime we leave!

Wow! I can’t say enough about the ladies at Senses Spa. Very knowledgeable with skincare, and amazing service. All the staff were so friendly. Spa is very clean! My facial was so relaxing, I got to relax in the Sanctuary with some wine afterwards. Definitely will be coming back! Thanks ladies

Very disappointed with my last visit to senses spa. I used to go on a regular basis there until they decided to raise the price during Covid. They closed all of their amenities such as the sauna, change room, and the waiting area but they said they had to charge more money for sanitation purposes. Other than changing the bedding, which I hope they had done prior to Covid, I do not see how they would have incurred additional charges. My latest visit my robe was stained and shredded. Now the locker rooms are open and the waiting lounge however there are still no sauna or flip-flops? It cost me $146 for a 55 minute massage. They want to charge the spa prices but not deliver the amenities that a spa does. I will wait a year or so and revisit as I enjoy the RMT that works there however I disagree with the $146 charge. I gave 2 stars because Lily is amazing and the only reason I do/would ever attend.
