I have been going to skin vitality for a couple of years now and love my results. Staff is always friendly and complimentary before the work is done. Interested free payment plans are offered. I wouldn’t be able to pamper myself otherwise!! Definitely recommend.

Absolutely Awesome Customer service, right from when you enter to receiving services. They never had had any high pressure strategies to make you sign up for services, they take the time to get to know you and what your looking to accomplish and make sure you understand about their services that they provide. They are very accommodating with making sure you can afford the services and they are very reasonably priced, and offer great discounts on packaged deals. You will not be disappointed at all.

Staff at the St Cathrine’s location are incredibly friendly and helpful! They listen to your needs, and give suggestions on how to realistically achieve your goals. If it’s your first time, or unfamiliar with the process of Botox and Fillers they talk you through each step and explain what to except in the following days. I love this location of skin vitality. All of their staff is extremely knowledgeable and can help guide you to which treatment is best suited for you. I had the pleasure of dealing with nurse Nicole. She made me feel at ease and left me feeling flawless. Thank you for also checking in afterwards to make sure I was still loving my treatment.

I had an incredibly frustrating and disheartening experience with Skin Vitality in St. Catharines. I went in for a consultation March 21 2025 and was offered a "zero money down" payment plan through Affirm. What they failed to mention was that this plan is non-cancellable. I was guided through the Affirm setup on my phone before signing any paperwork and then handed a document flipped upside down, told to sign it—no explanation, no transparency. I take responsibility for not reading both sides of the paper, but their approach was clearly designed to rush the process. Only *15 minutes* after leaving the clinic, I called to cancel because I felt overwhelmed and realized I wasn't ready to commit to lip filler. I’ve never had anything done to my face, and the anxiety hit me hard. At this point, no payment had been processed and no service was rendered. Still, they absolutely refused to cancel the Affirm contract. I’ve gone back and forth with their patient care team and Sarah Papageorge, and there has been zero empathy or flexibility. They continue to insist that I signed and must pay—even though I reached out immediately. The only option they offered was to use the credit on a different service, which I do not want. I don’t feel comfortable having anything else done with a clinic that treats people this way. The fact that they have no refund policy and refuse to work with Affirm to cancel a plan when no services were provided is appalling. This situation is absolutely ridiculous! They clearly care more about profit than people. I would strongly advise anyone to steer clear. Their customer service is cold, dismissive, and completely lacks compassion. Avoid Skin Vitality at all costs.

Very happy with my experience at skin vitality!! I came in for there 50% off for filler for first time customers and 20units of Botox plus 10 free! The nurse took her time explaining everything to me. I am very happy with my results.
