Kendra is a true healer and shows so much love and care to her clients . I loved my massage so much , she helped me to deeply relax . Her space is so calming and welcoming . She combines her intuition and energy balancing when massaging . My fav part was her whistle it was a healing frequency that was so high frequency. This place is absolutely amazing. There are so many therapies here that can help you. Call and ask for Melissa. She is the owner and there's help for respiratory problems for inflammation. + I just had The best reflexology treatment of my life. It's so amazing and you can see the results of the salt therapy. When the toxins start coming from your body, the price is right and you would be doing you and anybody. You know a big favor by coming here or even calling and seeing how many things they have to help you

Kendra is amazing! I wake up with my neck pain almost daily, and after her sessions, my pain is gone for weeks! Her hands are gentle yet firm. However, after my last session I came home with so much less pain that I was able to get a good night's sleep for the first time in weeks and woke up with no pain. Kendra is amazing!! I’ve had severe pain in my shoulder for over a year and pain in my elbow for over six months that no one has been able to help with. I could say that Kendra is the most genuine Sol out there but to be honest I know there are so many out there if we start to believe in the good of people again. For me, and if you're in Niagara, you can start by looking no further than Sol Sister Healing & Wellness. Kendra is amazingly talented in what she does but it's not just that. If you know everything she invests in herself to be a loving, kind, brave, wise woman you will no doubt understand why her services and treatments are so powerful. We can't give from an empty cup and I would say her cup overfloweth! Her business name is the perfect fit because she is a real Sol Sister. There's nothing fake or puffed up here. Real, raw, grounded wellness. I've also heard Holly is pretty spectacular too but I haven't had a service by her yet.
