I began going to Solace Spa several years ago and have always been treated well. The customer service is excellent. Stacia is knowledgeable and understands my needs and what I might like as far as aesthetics and services. I have had facials, sugaring, and tinting. I am always treated well and feel comfortable on my visits. I have never had a bad treatment. If you haven't been to Solace Spa, you should go.

Alrighty, so I read the reviews and impulsively booked a sugaring brazillan appointment without really knowing what I was getting into. LET ME TELL YOU: Stacia was absolutely amazing, talked me through everything, was very patient with me - this being my first time, made sure I was very comfortable and if I needed a little break to let her know. Was able to keep my attention away from the little pain there was, with some conversation and made the time fly by. She was amazing and super nice. She told me about after care and when to return, maintenance etc… The environment inside was very serene, and calming. Everything was very clean and organized, a cute little gem place that I didn’t know existed till now! Pain overall was a 6/10 and I was prepared for much worse ( I don’t usually do well with pain but this was very bearable ) and I swear she got every single hair. 10/10 would recommend Will be back! Thank you!

Was in today for a Sugaring treatment and had a very good experience. The staff were very kind! I was looked after by Stacia whom was both experienced and knowledgeable with regards to Sugaring as a hair removal technique, in addition to being personable and confident. I have already booked my next appointment and will continue to utilize the services at this Spa. It was clean and quaint and very much a great place to go for my needs.

I have been going to Solace Spa for about 5 years, and have tried a wide range of the services provided. I have had professional, quality, and friendly service throughout every single appointment. The staff had been very helpful when I tested out the Dermalogica products, and they observed and monitored how my skin improved thereafter. When I had a wedding to attend, I received wonderful service, as per usual, as the staff went above and beyond during the treatment. I had also been booked in last minute at a time convenient for me, as I was travelling for the wedding. Even now that I've moved an hour away, I still return to receive my usual services. I have had no desire to try another business since I started going to Solace Spa.

I went to Solace Spa today for the first time today and was very impressed! I was looked after by Stacia whom was very experienced and knowledgeable about sugaring hair removal. I had never had sugaring done before and Stacia took the time to explained and answer any questions I had. Solace Spa is a very clean and comfortable environment and the results were fantastic!

I love Solace! My whole family has been going there for spa services. The staff really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable, especially for those of us with skin sensitivities or allergies - they really care to invest their time to find out what works best! Highly, highly recommend!

The staff at Solace Spa are always friendly and it is nice to chat with them while they pamper you. The online booking system is easy to use and it is nice to find out quickly if they have appointments available. I definitely recommend this spa and have used it many times.
