There was so much I enjoyed about this. The relaxing music and silence was my favorite touch. The pools at first were not warm so we told the front staff and they fixed one of the tubs up quickly as we warmed up in the sauna and steam room. It felt really relaxing, we went at night, snow all around us. I enjoyed the water with orange slices they offered. In the bathrooms they had hair blow dryers and little bags for your wet swim suit. We chose this place because it was the most affordable compared to the other Nordic spa experiences. I would saw slightly less price would have been more appropriate. Here are somethings I would improve on: -The mens bathroom/ locker door was proped open. I would have felt better with more privacy. -the smaller tubs never got hot. Only one smaller 5 person tub was hot during out 2-3 hrs stay. Luckily basially no one was there so we had the tub to our self. -The website doesn't say this anywhere I saw or if it does it wasent easy to find for me but they REQUIRE you to wear sandals. If you don't have them you pay $12 for a very cheap pair. Not much instruction if we have to wear them in the pool, I was confused. -More guidance from the front staff on expectations, i.e. if we can come up to the front desk while in swimsuit or wet for the water. Maybe it was because we came after 5pm but it didn't seem like the exfoliation or massage services were offered. -the relaxation rooms lights were off, we didn't know if we're were allowed in there...and the hammocks and other areas were closed while we were there. Plus we were wet so we didn't know if sitting on the beanbag and stuff wpuld be good or if they were hygienic. -I would have been nice to have some lotion available. -the barrel sauna door were not close and the floor board was not nailed in it came off and almost made me fall, it was a saftey hazard. -steam room smelt funny and they had a VERY strong eucalyptus scent covering it up, it was so strong it irritated my lungs a bit and I usually love that smell. -The Finnish sauna was not a classic Finnish sauna, it was just a bigger room and hotter than the barrel sauna. None of the saunas seemed to be using cider wood and the finish sauna seemed to have a layer of something on the wood that made it extra hot to touch. -I would suggest having the food and drink menus visible.

Beautiful views! Lots of hot tubs, fire pits, and lounging areas to choose from! I loved the eucalyptus steam room! The team is really nice. We had excellent massages! The pizza and the soup were good. **Bring sandals, or you must buy some from their mixed assortment. ???? I would recommend that some of their robes get replaced with new ones. We will return the next time we come to Quebec.

Best massage. Stopped here in between skiing at Charveloix and Quebec City. Need more direction/signs for baths. Would be great to have option to have drinks outside. Not a big menu/food place.

Spa Des Neiges is an amazing little spa by the St. Lawrence River. It doesn't look like much from the main street, but the pools are wonderful and vary in temperature perfectly so that you can go from pool to pool experiencing degrees of hot and cold wet application for a flawless thermal cycle. The ambiance is unbeatable and its small enough that you don't have to worry about others chatting too much. The rest areas are wonderful and allow you to enjoy the views from the second level of the two outer buildings. There's also amazing food and spa services that I only go for here. In the past visits I've done a forest clay wrap, a detox, facial, massage and other services. Each time they were professional and truly a pampering experience. Émilie is the therapist I've seen each year since 2016 (I think) and her English has improved significantly. If you plan on getting spa services, make sure you make a reservation ahead of time. If you need to make a special request, make sure you have someone who can speak French over the phone so that no mishaps will happen. Being a small spa in the middle of ski country, it's predominantly French speaking. Bring your own lock, water bottle and sandals. They'll provide the towels and robe. Then you can enjoy the baths all day!

We had a nice experience relaxing at Spa des Neiges. It is a smaller quaint spa with incredible views of the St Lawrence River and Isle d'Orlean. It was not busy and very enjoyable without the crowds. They have nice loungers and relaxation areas. The steam room and sauna were excellent. The cold pool could have been a bit colder and the hot spa could have been hotter, from my experience at other spas. Bathrobes are extra $7. We came after 4pm and it was a nice time to enjoy the spa. Note - many bugs at night!! We did not eat or experience massage services.
