When I went to Spa Lumina back in February, I was very satisfied with the level of service received. The politeness and professionalism when speaking with the front desk staff set a nice tone prior to my service. I ended up getting a pedicure done with Cindy. She was lovely to deal with and very professional all around. She was very thorough and careful with nail care. I love how the foot basins are tucked away so that they don't get contaminated when not in use. The whole spa in itself is VERY clean, which is something important to me. I look forward to going back soon!

I had such a great experience at Spa Lumina.Meaghan did my treatment and she was absolutely amazing super professional, friendly, and made me feel really comfortable. She took the time to explain everything in detail, how the procedure works, and gave me helpful tips for aftercare too. The ambience was so relaxing clean, cozy, and really well put together. Everyone there was warm, welcoming, and professional. I felt truly taken care of from start to finish. Looking forward to my next sessions.

I had my first Laser Genesis session with Cindy yesterday and was very pleased with my experience at Spa Lumina. As it was my first time trying this treatment, I wasn’t sure of what to expect but Cindy made the entire process smooth and comfortable. She was warm, professional, and very knowledgeable. During my consultation, we went over my skincare concerns and Cindy thoroughly explained the best treatment option for each one. Throughout my Laser Genesis session, she kept me informed about every step of the process, making me feel relaxed and confident. My Laser Genesis session was pain free, like I just spent the day basking in the sun and by the end of my session with Cindy, my skin felt rejuvenated and refreshed! I highly recommend Spa Lumina for all your skincare needs and Cindy in particular is an exceptional aesthetician. I’m already seeing subtle but noticeable results in my skin the very next day. I look forward to my next visit at Spa Lumina and my next treatment with Cindy!

Spa Lumina exceeded expectations. All staff members were lovely, the facility was beautiful, and all the products used felt incredible. Cindy did an incredible job - she was patient and understanding and took the time to really understand my concerns. The facial I had was fantastic and will not be my last!

I love Spa Lumina! Great experiences every time with friendly and welcoming staff. The environment is clean, inviting, and relaxing. I also love the rewards they offer. I just received a free facial for my birthday! Nicky is amazing and accommodating making sure clients have the best experiences. I’ve had different services like facials, lash lifts and tints, and brow waxes and tints done by both Cindy and Meaghan, and both ladies are amazing. I highly recommend visiting Spa Lumina and signing up for the rewards if you want a safe place to return to again and again.
