To access the spa you enter through the hotel's main entrance, go past the main check in desk down the hallway to the end. There is an elevator or stairs to go down 1 level to the spa's entrance. The staff were very friendly and super helpful answering all our questions. You are assigned a locker which you can access with your wristband and are provided a towel, robe and flip flops. The atmosphere was very tranquil and I found it easy to relax. I am looking forward to visiting again in the future.
Excellent rmt massage . Wellness lounge great. Hydro circuit was nice but I don’t think it was worth the price . It should be included with rmt. You get 2 hours but it’s small so 45 mins to 1 hour is enough when it’s not busy and can go between features easily.. First day we were there one of the two sensory showers was out of service and they were servicing hot tub jets. They did allow us to return complimentary the next day . The hot tub was running , one of the showers still out of service and this time there was no eucalyptus and weak steam in steam room . Hotel is lovely, comfy bed, nicely situated and well equipped rooms.
The hydrotherapy circuit is always the staff are friendly. We've been a few times and always ordered the charcuterie board however this time it came and was half the size with not as much selection but same price. I've attached photos you'll see which one was taken today (3rd) spoke to reception who said we weren't the first to mention this. Quite sad ???? and will think about not ordering again
This is specifically for the hydrotherapy part of the spa. I did enjoy my time here overall. The 2 hour time limit felt a little stressful though. But my main issue with the visit was the talking - lots of people talking at regular volume or even loud volume as they were trying to talk over the sound of the hot tub / waterfall. I didn’t have the courage to approach them directly to request whispers (per the policy of the spa). I asked a staff member to tell them to be quieter but I don’t believe the staff did. The staff themselves were talking to people at full volume… (the ones inside the spa area refreshing towels, etc). I think they could have better compliance about the whispering if they directly told people upon check in, and staff who is around doing maintenance should shush the guests. Now for the good - constantly had fresh towels, clean glasses for water, so staff was doing a good job there. We loved the robes, the change rooms, and the relaxation room at the very end. I liked all the hydrotherapy options and the entire place had very nice decor, tiling, and ambience.
I'm more than a month late with my review, but I wanted to share it anyways. My friend and I had a great time at the Spa at Q. It was incredibly relaxing and our treatments were fantastic. I received a massage and a reflexology treatment. Both my therapists were so fantastic and so kind. They really made the experience worthwhile. One pet peeve that I had was there was a large party at the spa while we were there and they had their stuff around our lockers and it was hard to get to our lockers because there stuff was there and it wasn't being moved. But other than that it was a great experience! The hotel rooms were so wonderful and it felt so luxurious. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. However, we did feel the restaurant food was underwhelming and overpriced. I got the Salmon dish and I was disappointed at the size of the piece of salmon I got. I get a bigger piece with the Factor Meals I order. So I think next time, I wouldn't eat at the hotel restaurant. Overall it was a great experience and I would love to bring my family sometime! Thank you for the wonderful service!
I recently visited this spa for their Wellness Wednesday promo, and overall, it was a quaint and cozy experience. My favorite spot was the relaxation room—I only wish I had spent more time there! It’s the perfect space to unwind. As for the hydrotherapy circuit, I have to say I was a little underwhelmed. While it’s a nice setup, I suppose I have high standards. The facility is on the smaller side, which means your experience can really depend on the group you're sharing the space with. If you're looking for a quiet, meditative retreat but end up with a lively crowd, it might not be as relaxing as you’d hoped. A few things stood out to me: Water Quality – All the pools use chlorinated water, which was quite noticeable (perhaps just because I’m not used to it). Hot & Cold Therapy – The hot tub was more warm than hot, and I noticed some visible signs of mold. The cold plunge was more "cool" than truly cold—comfortable enough to linger in rather than a true shock to the system. The snow room, while a fun concept, wasn’t very cold either. Sauna & Steam Room – These were great and provided the deep heat therapy I was looking for. Sound Bath in the Salt Room – This was my absolute favorite part! Wrapped in warm, furry blankets, it was the perfect way to end the experience. We also had a meal at NOTL, which was lovely. The starter portion was so satisfying that I packed my main meal to take home. Overall, I think this spa has a solid foundation, and with a few tweaks, it could be a stellar mini escape—especially if you're lucky enough to visit when others share the same relaxation agenda as you!
My husband and I were so impressed with the hospitality and kindness shown to us from the minute we checked in and checked out. This little escape was a perfect opportunity to re-energize and feel renewed. I would like to sincerely thank Larissa at the front desk for her extraordinary work at making us feel comfortable and happy with the whole experience. She was so caring to detail and very friendly. We'd come back again because of Larissa's amazing efforts to keep us happy. Thank you for a great time and I look forward to seeing you in the future.
We did the hydrotherapy circuit on a Saturday afternoon (3-5pm the Thanksgiving weekend). Overall we enjoyed it and found it relaxing, however, some things were not that impressive. When we got there there were used towels EVERYWHERE, there were literally only 3 towels left to pick from. There were also used cups everywhere and no clean ones for water. These did not get changed out until about 45 minutes into our time slot when it started to empty out a bit. Also, we were told there would be people in the Rest room/Quiet room to ask us if we needed anything. No one greeted us or asked us the entire time we were in the circuit or the Rest room/Quiet Room. Also the rest room was freezing and a worker came in and said it was set to 68 and no wonder everyone was so cold. The other thing I was not a fan of was the maintenance man walked through the entire pool area with his street shoes on. That's pretty disgusting. They give you flip flops to wear, and we had our own but you are still walking a little bit on the tile. Hopefully people aren't getting foot fungus. The girls getting the towels were also in their street shoes. They should have to put covers on their shoes. Many areas have mold. When in the cold pool look up at the flower boxes. Finally, the entire place made my eyes burn SO bad, so the chemicals were really strong. Otherwise my husband loved the experience. I am not sure it was worth it, we gave it a try but I wouldn't do it again. We did not tip because not one person the entire time asked us if we needed anything.
