I should probably get there before i rate it ... but my phone experience already threw me off.. my best friend got me a gift card for this spa for my birthday so I finally made reservations online for the thermal experience but then noticed they had the culinary discovery which seems super nice so I called to modify and mentioned i have a gift card I'd like to use .. i was first told I cant modify my appointment and then was told I cant use my gift card on the culinary package... OK so what is the point of getting a strom spa gift card if I cant use it how i please... super disappointed ND hoping the experience makes up for the lousy customer service / So!!! I went and the in person experience totally changed my view IT WAS AMAZING!!!! the staff were all so sweet the service was amazing as specially this one young girl Eden she was lovely. it was clean and relaxed, my boyfriend and I can't wait to go back. We left feeling so relaxed and it was well worth the money :) was able to use my gift card after all I think there was a misunderstanding on the phone 10/10 do recommend

It's a fantastic spa with amazing staff. For people who are larger than average they have robes that fit. Up to size 4XL. My French is terrible but the team made it easy to get all the information I needed. I'll be coming back enough to really focus on my French skills. From the main spa to the eucalyptus steam bath each location is clean, and well set for even the coldest days. The massage was also absolutely perfect. She had the right pressure and the temperature was absolutely spot on.

Great experience at this Strom Spa location! We visited on a Monday and it was very quiet in the morning, but got a bit busier in the afternoon. The locker rooms and common spaces were very clean and cozy, and the cafe was delicious! My partner and I also enjoyed massages which were very relaxing. I highly recommend this location and am interested in visiting in the summer when I can enjoy the outdoor Adirondack chairs!

While the Sherbrooke location of Strom Spa is smaller than its Quebec City counterpart, it’s equally charming. The peaceful ambiance makes it a perfect place to unwind. The quiet, intimate vibe is ideal for those looking for a serene escape. Highly recommend for a rejuvenating day of relaxation

It was my first time at any spa! I recommend it to everyone! It took me a while to finally relax, I don't relax well, but after I did, I really enjoyed it. Food was delicious, portions were perfect. The herbal tea was very good while you are relaxing in a hammock or a swing chair.

The spa was so pretty at night in the winter, with the fires and Christmas lights on outside. Everything at the restaurant was delicious. I came with friends several times just for the thermal experience and will be back many more times. It was well worth the price for all the different saunas, baths, amenities and relaxation rooms they offer.

Amazing spa. Amazing environment with everything you need to make your spa experience the best. They have think about every single detail, including a tea and towel station. It is clean, classy, modern, and of course very relaxing.
