check this out! i have never seen a 20,000 watt stand up booth. it is very 'cool'....i mean hot. it has no doors and all the lamps are in the vertical posts. owner John keep the whole place very clean too.

I tanned at sunmagic on weber for decades. I would pay yearly, not monthly, and any unused points carried over when i signed up again. With new owners on Weber, i signed up ... but they wouldn't do the yearly fee, only monthly auto payments. I agreed, then covid hit, and of course they shut down periodically until 2022 (as per the mandates). The location changed right around covid closures but my account kept auto renewing for close to 2 years. Around 2022 i called and canceled the autorenewal, not wanting to drive across town. I didn't ask for money back, thinking my accumulated points would be there when i signed up again. I went yesterday to sign up and they had no record of me. I was still going to sign up, but the counter person who i think was the owner and the woman i dealt with before covid, argued with me, without knowing me. So frustrating. I was casually telling my story, surprised i wasn't in the system. She kept telling me i was wrong. Inferring they didn't auto deduct, i wasn't a client at this location so couldnt have auto renewed. I know i paid so her attitude was surprising. I tried to get her to stop talking about it, saying it didn't matter, that I'll just sign up now. She could not stop!! She kept telling me it didn't happen. I finally had enough, politely thanked her, and said i changed my mind about signing up. She had the gaul to say she just wanted me to have the right info... like i don't know what actually happened. I don't trust this location, wont ever go back. The owner gaslights and blames the customer, as you can see in her response - exhibit A below.

I came here as my friend recommended and had an amazing time doing a spray tan for my first time. Both Jessica and Purdip from both locates are absolutely wonderful. They really took their time to explain the whole process to me and walk me through everything. I couldn't have asked for an better experience and love my results!!! I will definitely be back for another spray tan and will continue to be a customer. I really recommend coming to this beautiful salon! Amazing service and amazing employees that actually take the time and care about your needs! Love it!

The owners are super friendly and very knowledgeable about all things tanning. They have the best equipment that I have ever tanned in and I have been tanning for over 20 years. In those 20 years I have tanned and worked in other salons and I have to say nothing comes close to my tanning experience at Sun Magic in Kitchener at Westmount and Ottawa

Best salon in the KW area, they have the latest equipment with options for every skin type! Salon is high end and beautiful, always so clean. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable! Prices are amazing & if you become a member it's even better! You can tan for as little as 3.30$ a day! That's crazy :) Lotion options are great! From self tanners, tanning lotions and beauty products, they also offer red light therapy for younger looking skin, & as well teeth whitening to brighten your smile! Beautiful salon , well done guys :)

I have been to MANY tanning salons but Sun Magic is hands down the best! The prices are great and if you become a member the perks are even better! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable (Jess) always helps me out and is a wonderful employee. There is nothing to worry about here except for having a relaxing experience and of course leaving looking and feeling great!
