Jess introduced herself, we chatted briefly and then it was quiet and peaceful and so relaxing. I actually moaned out loud! She found some tension in my back and was very gentle in those tight areas. I left feeling super relaxed. Excellent job !???? ❤️

Great spa. :) Had my hair done by Amanda, who is the first to nail my curly girl haircut needs before I even had the chance to ask. She also shared some pro tips for curls… where have you been all my life! Love my hair-do. Also had a manicure by the lovely Jessica. Jess gives a great manicure and is just a wonderful human to spend time with. Thank you both ladies ????

I had a Paraffin foot massage with Jess. She is so kind and gives a great foot massage. Super friendly. All the staff was super kind and helpful. I went on a super busy day and everyone was still super attentive. Can't wait to try more services. :) 10/10 recommend!

I had a 5 hour spa package with Jess today and I have never felt better! The overall energy in this spa is so welcoming and relaxing. The entire staff were so friendly and even if it was a new face everyone made sure you had everything you need for a pleasant experiment I would 100% recommend this spa and specifically with Jess she is just wonderful!!

I have unfortunately had 2 separate negative experiences in the past 5 months with this salon. One for a hair cut and the other on this date with a pedicure. I would firstly like to state that the service from the actual stylist and aesthetician was fantastic. On both occasions, upon paying for my bill, they attempted to charge me for extra services I did not ask for, nor was I asked. When it happened the first time, I asked for a return of the extra charges and was told this was not possible and that I would receive credit instead. While using this credit on this date, I went to pay for the remainder of my pedicure and was told I had to pay more as I got a special pedicure. I informed the lady that this was inappropriate and unethical to which she responded that it was only $10 more. I ended up paying for what I had originally asked for and booked but these two events are upsetting and an abuse towards the customer.
