Very Grateful I travel a great deal for work and consequently, between airplanes and hotel beds end up with aggravation to back and neck. From day one of treatment, I felt much better. Dr. Kara is fantastic! In a short 2 months she has helped alleviate daily pressure & pain I've experienced in my upper & lower back for 10 or so years now. She has helped my posture as a result, and now I stand up straighter, which has been a contributing factor to the pain I've been experiencing. Aside from being very efficient & good at what she does, Dr. Kara is very enthusiastic about her work, and very personable. She teaches me something new about my nervous system every time I visit. 5/5 would recommend you pay her a visit! I will continue to see Dr. Kara regularly!

I’ve been going to the abundance bar for several months now, a friend highly recommended it to me. From day one I’ve enjoyed the experience, fantastic deep tissue massages that have me feeling amazing after!! I’ve been for chiropractic services as well, she’s great for explaining everything, the how’s and why’s. Basically my back and neck are better than ever and it’s all in thanks to Chrystal and Kara!! Both women are funny, friendly and very knowledgeable in their crafts. Now my wife and two children also go, I would highly recommend looking into all the services these wonderful ladies offer!!
