Had my first massage with Tyler, he was professional, friendly and did an amazing job. He explained everything and ensured a comfortable, relaxing experiance. The spa itself is clean, well maintained and has lots of parking. Booking is easy through their website, I will be booking again and reccomend anyone on the fence about massages, to give Tyler, and the Annex, a try!

The Annex is an absolute oasis in East Kingston. I've gone for a variety of services (massages, waxing, nails) and have only ever had positive experiences. From the receptionists to the service providers - The Annex team is professional, friendly, and skilled. The Annex experience is only further enhanced by its modern yet warm atmosphere. Great location with lots of parking. The facility is calming, clean, and staff is very welcoming. I received a massage from Jesse to help relieve shoulder and neck pain and he was amazing! Took the time to understand where my pain was and explained his approach to release the muscles. I felt much better afterwards, and back to normal within a day of my visit. I will definitely be back!
