I will never recommend the Coach House to any of my friends or colleagues. It comes off as a quant, cozy place to get treatment but you then realize it is managed like a corporation. Employees seem unhappy and uninviting unless they are your practitioner.

I showed up early for a first time 90 minute appt and the massage therapist didn’t show up. I waited until 10 min into the appt and they had not heard from him so I left. Very disappointing as I’m having back pain and I took time off work for this appt. The owner was apologetic but still a very poor experience.

I've been getting massages at the Coach House Therapeutic Centre for over 5 years and cannot recommend it enough. The environment is beautiful, calming and spa-like with treatments that are both relaxing and effective. I've been seeing Azita since day one and highly recommend her services. She is professional, kind and always makes me feel so much better than when I walked in.

A clinic that doesn't feel like a clinic! I've been coming to The Coach House for about 2 years now for massage with Megan and i never leave unhappy. The atmosphere is inviting, staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and i love that they support small and local businesses!

Worst massage place ever! I did not book a deep tissue yet the masseuse gave me deep tissue without even consulting or consent when I complained about it she said I needed that since I had many knots this deep tissue message hurt my nerves and left me with 2 bruises on my neck! she also had long nails and left me with a few nail scratches! not professional at all! Worst experience ever!

I went to see John Berge about my lower back spasms. John was able to identify the issue within minutes and spent 45 minutes working on my back. I woke up the next day with barley any pain and my back has continued to feel so much better. Great experience, highly recommend!
