My wife and I have been going to Macaila regularly for over a year. She’s wonderful and her hot stone/deep tissue combo is our favourite. She truly cares about her clients! We did a 90 minute couples massage today and Keila was excellent as well! Harrowsmith is lucky to have them :) We drive 50 minutes from Perth but it’s always worth it!

Had the classic pedicure service at the Harrowsmith location. I wont go back. The place is cute however, the nail polish selection looks as if it came from a twelve year olds drawer, the one I picked was a pinky orange, the bottle had a black sticky substance on it. There are no actual pedicure chairs which is fine however the detail on the service says exfoliation snd massage of the feet and legs up to the knee. I experienced a foot massage with a delighftul smelling cream which made my feet feel hydrated however there was zero leg massage and zero exfoliation of either. My nails were not filed on my large toes thry are jagged, and sadly they didnt use any product to help the polish dry faster and the woman kept checking saying they were good however i disagreed until I felt obligated to go.. so now i have to remove this polish and do it myself before we leave for vacation. The positives were they had a great heated blanket as it was chilly in the building so that was a nice touch and the lotion as previously mentioned were the only ones sadly. While I cant speak for the other services, I wont return here for a pedicure.

Had a gel pedicure with Macaila and couldn’t be happier! I’m an esthetician and I thought she did an amazing job & was very thorough. Loved it!

The treatments I had were the full body mud, facial, and head facial… all were amazing!! My body and face feel very soft. It was so relaxing. I will definitely be back!

First time getting the head spa today. Connie was very informative and It was such a relaxing and unique experience. I felt like all my stresses disappeared. My hair has never felt better and I can't recommend this spot enough. The staff is so friendly and professional!!!

My husband and I had the pleasure of experiencing the incredible services that this spa has to offer. We both received the full body scrub with minerals from the Dead Sea, which left our skin baby smooth. We enjoyed a hot stone massage, which was the best massage I've had in my entire life, and I've had many! The heat definitely helps to penetrate the muscles and relax them. Whist having a facial, we had an amazing scalp massage, during which my husband was so relaxed, he fell asleep! The most jaw dropping experience was the Detox footbath. They were able to tell me that I'd been exposed to a great deal of cigarette smoke from my childhood, issues I have with acid reflux and with what was coming out of my liver & kidney, too much wine in my diet. They'd never met me before! Amazing! We were pampered with pedicures so that our feet were just as soft and cared for as the rest of us. I had the pleasure of Macaila to do my massage & my husband had Roberta's expert hands, both are amazing! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
