The Refinery feels like someone meticulously curated every detail for you to experience relax. You can tell there’s so much thought and care behind every aspect of this place. I live with chronic migraines, and lighting is one of my main triggers. Walking into The Refinery is a breath of fresh air—literally and figuratively. Gentle fragrances, calming music at the perfect volume, and adjustable lighting in the steam room feels like a haven for sensitive individuals like me. If you enjoy a cooling sensation on your skin, don’t miss out on the body lotion available in the changing rooms. It feels incredible after a steam session!✨ Highly recommend this spa!

The Refinery team came out to do hairstyling for our Wedding and we cannot recommend them enough! Steven and Jess are friendly, attentive to detail, timely, and professional in their hairstyling. They were attentive to the needs and requests from all ladies getting their hair done and made everyone feel confident and beautiful with their looks. 5 stars to this amazing team and their services!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place and these people! My wedding party and I spent the morning with Jessika, Kacey, Jaclyn and more getting ready for my wedding. Jaclyn was an absolute dream to help me plan and coordinate such a large group, and was able to make last minute accommodations so everyone felt beautiful. Plus, she made sure we all had plenty of mimosas! Jessika truly brought all my hair dreams to life and helped me pick out the perfect hair accessory at our practice session. My hair was beautiful and lasted all day! Kacey did my aesthetics (brows, makeup) and made me feel and look so beautiful, but still like myself. My makeup didn’t budge all day! My bridal party all felt well taken care of, and gorgeous as well. I am so grateful for everything the Refinery did to make my day so special. They are the best!!

I was recently at The refinery for a long haircut by the very lovely Steven. I have had some very horrible and racially microagressive experience at my last salon so I was very scared walking in. But the front desk as well as Steven were super sweet and kind. My hair dresses listened to what I am looking for and then briefed me on the course of action. I was asked for whether I am ok with how it's coming along or not. I loved my hair cut!!! They had maintained a very clean facility with proper distancing and measures. Can't wait to be back for a spa treatment!

The Refinery took my breath away. The view is stunning, the atmosphere is perfect and the staff are the absolute friendliest. I felt relaxed and as if I had a great chat and laughed with a group of my friends. This will be part of my regular self care routine.

Such a beautiful space and they have awesome products. I had a very relaxing facial with Heidi followed by a tea in the lobby. My skin felt like butter after. Great experience. And I love the look of the pedicure set up. I will be back!
