I’m so grateful for the beautiful Japanese head spa gift! The entire experience was incredibly relaxing and peaceful exactly what I needed to recharge. From the calming atmosphere to the skilled care during the treatment, every detail was perfect. Shelly is truly amazing at what she does; she made me feel so comfortable and well taken care of throughout the session. It felt like a true escape from the everyday rush. I highly recommend Shelly and this incredible experience to anyone looking for deep relaxation and self-care in Ottawa!!!!! I had the pleasure of having a the Japanese head massage treatment today! It was amazing. The very talented and wonderful Shelley explained every step of the procedure, it was in a very comfortable chair/bed and the whole treatment was relaxing and felt amazing on my scalp. My hair feels so healthy and clean. Thanks so much for offering this great new service. I will be definitely getting this done again.

I had the most amazing Japanese Head Spa service with Shelley today! Oh man, it was so lovely and relaxing. My hair and scalp feel incredible. The chair was super comfy and I’m pretty sure I fell asleep a few times. I’ve been seeing Natasha for years for my hair and she never disappoints. After my head spa, Natasha gave me one of her beautiful cuts and blow outs and now I will look fabulous picking my kids up from school today! The only reason I gave 4 stars was because a week before my booking I was called and someone left a message asking me to send a deposit for my services. I thought that was very strange for spa services. I can understand having a credit card on file for charges but to etransfer a deposit just felt odd. When I looked on the website, there was no information about this policy or what happens to your deposit if you were to reschedule or cancel in the appropriate booking window. I think there should be a clear explanation of this policy if it’s something new and would also think it makes more sense to put a card on file instead of having clients make e-transfers.

I have been going for years seeing Shauna for my hair. I have never booked one of their other services before, but had to try out their new Japanese head massage! It was the most relaxing thing I have ever experienced. Shelly was really good at explaining everything. Will definitely be trying some of their other services!

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a Japanese head spa, and it was truly a transformative experience. From the moment I walked in, the serene ambiance and calming music set the tone for a relaxing session. The therapist was incredibly skilled, using a combination of gentle massage techniques and specialized oils to relieve tension and promote relaxation. The head spa treatment focused on the scalp, neck, and shoulders, which are often areas of high stress. The therapist's expert touch not only alleviated my headaches but also improved my overall sense of well-being. The use of warm towels and aromatic oils added an extra layer of comfort, making the experience even more luxurious. Along with face massaging, and arm and hand massage! By the end of the session, I felt rejuvenated and refreshed, with a noticeable improvement in my mood and energy levels. My hair also felt softer and healthier, thanks to the nourishing oils used during the treatment.

I went to the Spa to get my hair done with Shaunna and I was more than happy. She really listened to what I was asking for and hoping to achieve. I wanted to stick with my natural colour but brighten it up while keeping it healthy. Shaunna went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% satisfied and happy with the results. Everything was amazing from the time I checked in to the time I checked out. Lovely waiting areas, spa water was on point and I left feeling beautiful. Me and my spouse booked a couple massage with hot stones. We had to wait a bit in the waiting room passed our time of massage but that was the only « bad » side. The massage and the ambiance was great. I had Meeka as a masseuse and she was amazing, great technique and asking me often if the heat of the stones was right. It was our first try with hot stones and i really recommend it, awesome experience.
