Me and my husband just had the best massages! The lady at the front was so kind and sweet to us. Honestly felt so welcomed and comfortable. She made sure we were taken care of. Beautiful spa and beautiful property. We will definitely be back❤️
I was first asked to arrive 15 minutes earlier to fill out a form and get fitted into a robe for my "spa treatment/pedicure." Upon arrival I was greeted, instructed to go into the Quiet Room with no further instructions. Spa guests were accompanied by a staff member with full instructions. It's only then that I knew what to do going forward. I saw Spa quests wearing robes but I was not offered one. I was gifted a $150 gift card from my Partner for Christmas and was looking forward to my spa treatment. Not only was I not promised what was offered for my treatment - my pedicure chipped the SAME day. I asked my daughter to fix the issue being that I am going away in a few days and I am not happy with the final product. I will not be going back, nor will I refer anyone to the Old Mill.
The Old Mill, a charming hundred and 10-year-old venue known for its delightful atmosphere, excellent cuisine, and weekly jazz performances, hosted a fantastic Mardi Gras event last night where seven of my old and new friends and I donned colourful masks and beads while dancing to the sounds of a 17-piece jazz band.
What a lovely morning we just had at the spa! It was mom’s birthday and this was perfect. My RMT Alex was great! Anna the front coordinator was so amazing with such great energy and she went above and beyond to accommodate us. She made our mom’s 73rd birthday really special and it meant a lot . We can’t wait to come back and maybe also try the new restaurant in the lobby. Thanks Old Mill Spa and Anna !
Me and my husband had Swedish massage from Alexander and Krystyna and it was outstanding. They are very experienced and they knew what they did. I went with high level of stress, anxiety, and back pain, after our 1 hour with Krystyna, my back pain was relieved and I started to feel more relax. We’ll definitely visit regularly!
Wonderful afternoon spent at the Old Mill Spa for mani and pedis with 3 of my best girlfriends! Such a beautiful, intimate setting, with amazing and friendly staff! Anna greeted us all so warmly, and just made us all feel so welcome and at home! Can't wait to book our next girls spa day!
This place is peaceful, beautiful and fantastic. The staff are so professional and go above and beyond with customer service. I had a massage with Bree 10/10. Looking forward to my next massage.
Booked a spa appointment here and it was just divine. Great service, good ambience and a beautiful location. The spa is part of the Inn located in a quiet part of town, lots of character with a Wedding Garden on the side. Certainly recommend trying it out
