Thank you Chelsea for such a deep tissue massage. My back and neck feel so much better already. The salon is beautifully set with a spa healing vibe. The bathroom soap smells of natural botanicals and the place is just so cozy. The receptionist was super nice too. What a beautiful place.

I haven't had the pleasure of getting a massage from everyone at White Birch, but the therapists I have worked with have been talented, professional and personable simultaneously. It's a warm environment from the moment you step in the door. All of the staff are friendly and willing to help their clients. I would recommend Which Birch to anyone and everyone!

I was really disappointed with my experience. It was freezing cold in the room, the headed table/foot heater was not provided and the cream used was cold. I was shivering by the end and I did not feel relaxed at all. Although the person who gave me the massage was nice, the massage wasn't great.

Absolutely amazing massage therapists and business. I’ve had a massage from Ally a while back and today from Nicole. They were both phenomenal and professional. I also came out to my car after my massage with a note on my windshield. I didn’t know I had to pay for parking and a staff member from the White Birch actually paid the meter for me to avoid a ticket. It was so appreciated and really goes to show their high level of customer service. Thank you ladies. Highly recommend the White Birch.

A beautiful little gem in Chippewa. I Went for my first massage at White birch with Marisa. She is wonderful to interact with. Such a calm and safe atmosphere. Highly recommended. I can't believe I've been driving by this place for years.... glad I stopped....

Awesome experience!! I got a gift certificate for Christmas for two 1 hour massages and i went once so far. As soon as i walked in i was greeted with a friendly smile and welcomed. The atmosphere inside is cozy and calming and very quiet. My masseuse Victoria was amazing! Very professional and worked all the knots outta my muscles. When i left i felt like a million bucks!! 10 out of 10!
