I just wanted to come give a review specifically towards a hair stylist at the location named Melissa, she did the absolute most beautiful job of my hair I could ever dream of, she did exactly what I wanted and I’m beyond thrilled with the results. Melissa is quite literally the hair whisperer. The spa itself is also very clean, quiet and calm environment 10/10 experience I recommend to anyone who needs anything done to definitely go here :)

Jenna has been my hair god for over two years now and with my wedding coming up.. no surprise, she did another amazing job getting my blonde up to par and getting my hair wedding ready! Will never go to another stylist, she takes her time to understand what I want done and learn my hair :) Thanks Jenna!

I love this spa in North Bay. Very chic for North Bay and the staff are warm and kind. I had a great facial and almost fell asleep! I will be back.

Suhani was amazing! I booked for a facial and head massage. Suhani's hands are strong but gentle. So relaxing. Will definitely be booking again! Such a beautiful space. When I arrived it was a full house with staff and clients. Lots of laughing and happy faces. Such a great vibe!

i’m always nervous for any spa treatments, especially waxing, but the environment was very calming & all the staff are super friendly! Suhani is great & i will be returning in the future.
