So my friend made a review on my behalf regarding the 30 minute SWEDISH massage i received. Your WEBSITE literally says its a full body massage ( i wouldve added the screenshot if i could) however your staff was confused between themselves including YOU (THE OWNER) what it consists of since you replied to my friend’s review its just back and shoulder. It was a hassle convincing your technician that it was a full body massage. Moreover, we were not mad at the price but the bad service and HORRENDOUS attitude on your side trying to justify your bad service by all means. This is not the case with just us but ive read your replies to other reviews which shows you have little to no care about your customer’s experience. My boyfriend visited and paid before hand so no the price was never the issue. Your bad service was.

My friends boyf booked a Swedish massage for her. We visited and paid 78 dollars beforehand for a half an hour massage that she had to convince the lady it is a full body massage not just back. The massage itself wasn’t that relaxing either. Overall not a good experience.wont return

My daughter had a terrible experience when she got her lashes done for the first time in June 2024, just before prom. I had a terrible experience in dealing with the customer service of this establishment. I suggest other young ladies do their research and don’t rely on just google reviews like we made the mistake of doing.

I’ve been going to Transformation day spa for a few years now to get my lashes, and I’ve only ever experienced amazing customer service and friendly faces! I’m currently now 34 weeks pregnant making laying on my back quite difficult to get my lashes done, but both Lynn and Rupam have been absolutely amazing and accommodating for me with adjusting the bed and the way I lay down. They are beyond kind and caring and want you to enjoy your experience. Highly recommend visiting them for your lashes!!

I’ve been getting my lashes done at Transformation Day Spa for over 5 years now , ive had both Lynn and Roopam as my technicians. All of the staff assist me and go above and beyond as im in a wheelchair. They make sure youre comfortable , relaxed and walk you through the whole process of the service you're receiving. They also cater to all your needs/wants that relate to your service. I adore my lashes everytime i get my 2 week fill. The salon is always super clean and a relaxing environment. They also offer alot of high quality products for purchase. I personally use the lash serum and lash shampoo and they both work so good with my lash care at home and truly make my lashes last longer.

Lynn is AMAZING at lash extensions. I go faithfully every 2 weeks to get a fill. I’ve also had the laser and RF facials. They exceeded my expectations. Definitely notice a difference…it’s taken years off my face.
