Carrie is amazing in what she does. She provides the most intimate experience leaving one feel totally relaxed after each session. The atmosphere is one of true tranquility. I recommend her to everyone!
I made a reservation for a massage through the website on May 9 and got a confirmation of a date and time. I show up at the date and time and there's no one there. I tried calling and couldn't get a hold of anyone. Approximately 20 minutes after the appointment was supposed to start, I get a call and Carrie tells me there's an issue with the website and she's been unable to fix it. This is deeply unprofessional.
ZEN massage is my go to happy place. I am a dental hygienist and have alot of upper back and shoulder pain. CARRIE at Zen is awesome and always makes me feel great. You never feel rushed or pressured at Zen. It's a relaxing atmosphere and a beautiful old home. 5 stars for Zen. For sure. ☺
