From the moment I arrived, Bailey made me feel completely at ease with her kind and welcoming energy. She answered all of my questions with such care and made the whole process feel so much less intimidating. The treatment itself was also quicker and more comfortable than I had expected. I’m genuinely excited to continue my treatments here and I can’t recommend Em Clinic enough!

I had a wonderful experience having a tattoo removed at em Clinic! Bailey and Bryn were brilliant, they clearly explained the process of tattoo removal and they made my whole experience comfy and easy-going. I noticed as soon as I walked in that clinic itself is incredibly clean and hygienic as well. I will most definitely be coming back here for any future needs and I can’t recommend them enough!

I had an excellent experience for laser tattoo removal! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and professional. The clinic itself is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made me feel at ease right away. The procedure is always quick, and Jen takes the time to explain everything in detail, and check in on results, making sure I feel comfortable every time I go in. I have had many amazing treatments at Em Clinic since 2020! The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I love the products they have to offer and you can also give a gift certificate. I have had a tattoo removed and in the process of having another removed. The treatment is quick and they provide numbing cream and cold air to help aid in the process. It is amazing how quickly the tattoo fades and how quick the results are! I would highly recommend.

The staff are super friendly and kind. I have visited the clinic for mole removals and botox. Both great experiences. I recently saw Ariel, who was very patient with me and very knowledgeable.

Very friendly staff and the clinic is very clean and professional. I called and had a product put aside for me, the staff member I spoke to was lovely and very helpful. I went back and picked up a few kore products and all the staff I interacted with were welcoming and kind. The prices for the products were fair and also consistent with other retailers.

I visited Em clinic for the first time yesterday for a hydrafacial with Brynlea. I had a great experience and will certainly book again. The atmosphere was comforting, clean and relaxing. My face looked and felt great after the facial.
