My partner and I went for a massage for the first time. I am so disappointed as I was referred here by a friend! No idea what happened. The girl who massaged my partner was a beginner (she should still be able to give a massage) and she massaged him over the sheets applying no pressure at all. I mean 0 pressure. When he questioned it, she said that was the technique! No idea. As for me, the girl that was assigned to me also applied no pressure at all when I specifically told her I needed deep tissue...I mentioned it twice during the massage but she didn't say anything! This is the first terrible experience I've had at a place. I called the next day to try and share my experience with the owner before posting this review but the receptionist just told me to ask for a different massage therapist next time? No apologies, nothing. No call backs either. No matter how low the price, it was a rip off. I feel deeply disappointed. I give it 2 stars for the cleanliness and nice decor .

I love this place...... Quiet/calm/environment when you first walk in. Easy parking too! We are always greeted with a smile, then you are welcomed to wait for the specialist to come and get you in a comfortable waiting area. The massage therapist then shows you to your room and she takes 5 min. to ask some health questions and what your preferences are. They then give you time to undress and place your clothes on a chair/hook and lie down on your stomach under the sheet and blanket. You can tie up your hair and remove jewelry to make things easier. The therapists have always attained my expectations. They are quiet and respectful & discreet. I love the peaceful music that plays. I would love some essential oils in the air!!

I've gotten multiple massages in my life and have never ever left a review other than 5 stars. I received a massage yesterday and the therapist seemed very uneager to work. I waited around ten minutes once I undressed and laid down on the table before she walked back in. The head pillow was extremely uncomfortable and there was a piece of wood poking into my face the entire time. The massage in general was good but I paid for 60 minutes and only received 40. When the therapist turned me around to massage the front of my shoulders, she did not put anything on my eyes which I found odd. She also did not let me know when the massage was over, she just walked out and slammed the door. 100% not worth the 80$. I will not be back which is a shame as I usually get a massage every month. I do not recommend.

Called the spa to make appointments for two massages. The woman who answered the phone hung up on me when I spoke to her in English. I called back, only to be hung up on again. Called a third time just to make sure, and she let the call go to voicemail. If you're in Longueuil as a visitor and don't speak French, don't bother with this place.
