Today my mom and I went in for a head massage and eye brow threading. This is our first time at this salon and from the very beginning, the owner was super sweet and very knowledgeable. My mom loved the head massage as it was so relaxing and calming. My eyebrows have never looked better. We highly recommend this place and we will, now, be regular customers! Can’t wait to try the other services offered. Thank you for the wonderful experience today.

Absolutely love this lady. Great personality and spirit as soon as I met her the first time. I have been trying different barbers for a few years now, trying to get a haircut I am happy with when I walk out. I found her last minute, and it has turned out that she can cut my hair the way I want it and that I am happy with. I am very pleased with the service I receive here, thank you so much

I was very happy with the Threading of my Full Face and Eyebrows.And I also had my Brows Tinted. She went the Extra Mile to clean up everything,and pampered me with Aloe and a light face Massage. Thanks Again, I would recommend this over waxing any day. Will definitely Recommend and will be Returning again.

Got my eyebrows threading done amazing job don’t go to anyone else as mine are so thick and no one else gets the right shape. Also received hair colour and cut services . Outstanding job listens well to what her clients one / amazing customer service !

I was there for facial, eyebrow and massage. Owner lady didnt gave all the stuff to girl who was doing my facial, she dont know what to do, dont have any experience of facial and massage. After she did my eyebrows and messed them too. Then she have audacity to charge me $100 for basic facial that was not done properly. Very bad experience, dont recommend. Some other people also went there from my friend circle for hair cut. She messed their hair cut too. They also had very bad experience.

I went to get my hair highlighted after getting reassurance from this business owner that she will be able to get my hair done as she said she knows how to work with my hair type. No strand test was done and she put bleach in my hair, heated it up and left me for 45 mins. My head got very hot and I told one of the girls that it's very hot. Once it was done, my hair broke off and I lost ALOT of hair. What's upsetting is that she still billed me after breaking alot of my hair. She also told me to purchase her hair products for $50 ontop of what I paid her for breaking/damaging my hair. I'm so upset as I lost ALOT of hair and even phoned her after and she gave me every excuse and didn't even acknowledge that I shouldn't have paid. I'm so depressed now for how much hair loss and damage I have still. She used a cap on long hair too which is a big no-no

I went there for an eyebrow and the owner lady keeps talking for the whole time she was doing my threading and I literally had her saliva on my face and she messed with my eyebrows too. She is so unprofessional and does not know how to speak politely. She is very bad with her staff as well. Will not recommend and I am not going back. She needs to change herself.
