I have known Kelly for many years. She ran the most beautiful, community focused yoga studio for years. It’s amazing to enjoy so many experiences in her new cozy space (which she built herself using everything from her old space). Kelly is incredibly kind and supportive. I’ve never left a visit with her without some new and helpful information. Kelly is an expert RMT- she always includes many sensory experiences in her treatments. The float and steam room is a calming and relaxing haven. I also love her yoga classes. My friends and I participated in a beautiful nervous system regulation class together! I highly recommend Kelly and PH lifestyle on every level. You are a bright light in our community and world, Kelly ❤️.

This is my Happy Place other that my own home in Guelph. Kelly is a super talented ‘gem’ of a person a yogi, massage therapist and soon to a oestheopath . The home is fully equipped for yoga and in short for holistic wellness … he spine yoga class is epic !!

I had one of the best massages in my life! Kelly was very knowledgeable, professional, and the techniques she used made me so relaxed, although I often feel discomfort during massage at other places. I'll definitely come many more times.

Kelly and I crossed paths exactly when I needed her. I believe the teacher and healer appear when I am ready. I cannot put into words the impact Kelly has had on me thus far. She is a beautiful, authentic and inspiring soul. I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing the hush massage, regular massage and osteo massage. All of them have been exquisite and so relaxing. She is extremely intuitive and I appreciate that. I also experienced the float room and I cannot describe how much this has helped me. Lastly I’ve experienced her yoga class for the nervous system and I loved it. As someone that is healing from burnout etc, she and all the above listed treatments have been a lifesaver. Me and my nervous system cannot thank you enough Kelly. You truly are a natural healer and that is a gift. Your light shines bright. I truly could go on and on!

Kelly is absolutely phenomenal. The harmonic hush is such a treat and when paired with the float and steam.. bliss lol. I bring my kobo in there so I can float and look at the starry ceiling ✨❤️ I haven’t gone back to another massage therapist in the area since discovering Kelly about a year ago. Amazing & highly recommended

I've known Kelly for years and I can wholeheartedly say she is an excellent human in so many ways. She excels in her craft and makes her clients feel welcome, comfortable and relaxed. For massage treatments, she has a firm touch, intuition and listens to what you and your body is telling her. I love my float sessions which take place in a cozy warm setting, making the experience so relaxing and rejuvenating. It's always a delightful experience!

Really enjoyed the float experience. Going into it, was a bit unsure of my ability to just float in the dark for an hour, but the time went surprisingly quick and it was an incredibly relaxing experience. And the high concentration of epsom salt in the water soothed my tired muscles after a few weeks of long running and cycling training sessions. I’ll be back!

Kelly is absolutely amazing! She is thoughtful, patient and is extremely knowledgeable. I’ve never experienced such care from a practitioner! I highly recommend a visit to her studio for massage, float therapy or one of her classes! She has also treated both my kiddos with Autism and meets them where they are at on the day!
