"Sales rep made fake promises which didn’t materialize. Was told they will remove the old spa for free as a courtesy service, which became 300$, eventually became 500+tax. On the quote, we were allowed to choose a brown color, and 3 accessories included: steps/booster/rotary jets, but on the contract, there is only grey color available, no steps included. (Attaching the quote and contract so you see the differences) Was also told the delivery team can help drill a hole on the side where the wire can pass, but later was told no such service will be offered. Understood that delivery team don’t do installation, but just don’t promise to clients. The delivery team did a good job which is worth mentioning. So I decide not to leave the comment last year. Just open the SPA today, and notice the plastic frame is cracked after one winter. There is water dripping from one joint also. So the quality of the product is also to be desired, especially the frame should be able to sustain weight. It’s not a big SPA after all, only 1100L (290 gallons) of water, it’s actually on the smaller side. These are simply facts to share."
