Despite arriving on time, I did not receive the full service I was expecting moreover i was made to pay full amount despite receiving all the booked services. To make matters worse, the staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional, showing little regard for how to properly treat customers. Running a business without the proper ethics and customer care is not only unprofessional, but it’s also completely unacceptable. "Its my first time I am reviewing for something, because it’s my first time I am really upset from someone’s service. I took service from Cookie, I don’t know if she is owner or manager but she is so unprofessional, rude and rough. She doesn’t care what customer feels she just pull strips so badly I feel like she almost pull my skin, it was really a bad experience. She charged me extra because i have a full growth and said if you will not come before 3 weeks next time i will charge you extra. SERIOUSLY…. I mean how you guys can make your customers feel uncomfortable with bad comments or judgements. It’s your responsibility to give services as customers are paying for this doesn’t matter what growth they have and how often they are coming there. ( or if you have any policy to charge extra you should tell customers before they book appointment) I am really very upset because of her rudeness and judgmental behaviour. Even wax was not properly done, she left many hair. Last time other lady was so nice even last time it was my first time of wax. But cookie you need to learn how to deal with customers.Moreover, you said if customer have a full growth it hurts your back.. come on…. If you can’t do work then why you take appointments? I was almost cried because of her bad comments and behaviour. She needs classes of professionalism. Good luck for future customers who are taking services from COOKIE????"

"We all know people leave more bad reviews than good ones. So be wary of the bad ones for this spa. The building took a second to find but because I am always early it wasn't an issue. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Karilyn brought me in right away and had me waxed and out the door in no time. I am extremely impressed with the service and pricing. There ladies obviously work hard and do a great job! I will be back and will be recommending for friends to also try their services."
