"I visited The Kingsway Spa in Peterborough for the first time today, and my experience was nothing short of amazing! From the moment I walked in, the front desk attendant, Riley, made me feel incredibly welcome. She was super helpful, friendly, and professional, which really set the tone for my visit. The establishment itself was impeccably clean and well-maintained, creating a relaxing and comfortable environment. I had a massage with Jules, and I can confidently say it was absolutely worth the wait—easily the best I’ve had so far! Jules is not only highly skilled but also very pretty, which added to the pleasant atmosphere. She was incredibly communicative, friendly, and attentive throughout the session, making sure I felt at ease the entire time. I had a special request when booking my appointment, and both Riley and Jules went above and beyond to accommodate it with the utmost professionalism. Their approach made me feel respected and completely at ease. Overall, the combination of a welcoming atmosphere, attentive staff, and exceptional service makes The Kingsway Spa a place I’ll definitely return to. "I must start with how nice the staff was when i first emailed about making my first visit. They explained everything to me and how to go about things. The day of the appointment i left with extra time since i'm 40 minutes out of town and didn't want to arrive late. I got there 15 minutes early from the 10am open and appointment but was let in and was led to the waiting area (desk staff was very nice) and was offered a bottle of water which i declined because i already had to go use the rest room. The main rest room was very big and clean. The whole building was! At time of appointment i was led into a huge room with just the right amount of lighting and was told where everything was and my attendant would be in shortly after my shower. Riley arrived and what can i say a complete knockout beauty with a personality to match! Smiles and giggles and very friendly! The massage was amazing and very well needed. I want to thank the owner for giving me first class treatment from the start. She has amazing staff in all areas and giving a place for people who really need the service. I will be coming back."

"Been here a few times but never wrote a review until now. Kingsway Spa is amazing! It's run very professionaly and is very clean. You feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door, from the receptionist to the girl in the room to even the cat!! lol I recently had the pleasure of seeing Camryn! What a sweetheart!! She has this awesome bubbly personality and she is VERY good at her job!! I would highly recommend her! Personally I have never seen a lady there that I was not happy with! Everyone is so friendly and it seems like a very positive atmosphere in there for the girls."

"My RMT listened to my problem area to start, had the right amount of pressure to work on that area, checked in to make sure all was good during, and helped reduce tension and pain in that problem area. I find massage addict therapist are really great at what they do, very knowledgeable and attentive and always give good feedback after the massage. The front end staff are always so friendly and welcoming as well!"

"It is a good place, I brought my wife here for the first time and she liked it. The staff is friendly and the massager who attended my wife was very professional. He knew it was her first time in the place and he made her feel very comfortable and confident. She left the place with a very good impression. We heard all of the massagers are qualified and well prepared. You have to make an appointment and when you get you can specify if you have a particular need or an area where you need more attention. Good for relaxing and also therapeutic massages."
