"Lost Shoes, Lost Trust I came in for a massage and left with someone else’s cheap plastic sandals — because my actual shoes disappeared during the appointment. The staff did express concern and said they wanted to help, but ultimately took no responsibility. I was told it wasn’t their fault, and that was that. No real resolution, no compensation, and definitely no sense of urgency. Instead of leaving relaxed, I walked out in dollar-store flip-flops like it was a clearance sale gone wrong. Losing your shoes inside a business shouldn’t be treated like a random event they have no control over. I expected better management, better customer care, and honestly, better footwear."

"The ladies at The Spa at 61 Elm are wunderkinds! Our office was reminded at the last minute about a donation commitment we have for an event happening tomorrow, and we needed to put something together FAST for pickup by the event organizers. Within two hours, they had put together a fantastic bundle of organic skin care products and designer hair products to go with our spa-day gift package. "Came here with all my bridesmaids to get our nails done and a massage. The massage was great - amazing job. The manicure was an absolute nightmare. Really wish i did my nails myself. The woman doing my nails tried to file them using a nail clipper file... which i asked her why and she said "they ran out of nail files" - then when she was painting my nails she proceeded to paint my cuticles as well. Not only were my nails completely messed up a day before my wedding but so were my maid of honours. I went to pay for the worst mani pedi i have ever had in my life and it was 90$ per person.!!!! I showed the woman my nails and asked her if it was appropriate the price they were charging for getting my cuticles painted red? she refunded me 30$ off of my 400$ bill - hardly customer service. Come here if you want the most expensive and worst mani pedi in ontario."
