And the ladies at D’lux went above and beyond - they overheard us talking about some birthdays and they brought out cupcakes to celebrate with us! The kindness and generosity was far more than we ever expected! I will never go anywhere else again!"

Get them to tell you!! ) ( My nail appointment was on Tuesday the 11th I’m writing this on Friday the 14th.) Got my nails done about three days ago they already look like they’re grown out. She did not go down to my cuticle / start of my nail by the time she finished my nails, it was already 730. They closed at seven so I didn’t ask her to fix it because I didn’t want her to be upset with me and then try to sabotage my nails because she’s upset that I’m making her stay later so I didn’t say anything, When I left the appointment you could see my nail bed. Did not let me know the price before my appointment started and then they tried to charge me $73 for a refill, when two weeks before I came in and got a brand new set for $75!!! so why wouldn’t I have just got a brand new set of nails instead doesn’t make sense!!! The white is see-through so it makes my nails look like it’s dirty because she only did one coat they ended up giving me $10 off because I wasn’t understanding how the price of a refill equal two dollars less than the price of a brand new set of nails, so my total was $63 .When I questioned them about the price, they got mad at me and said come sit down then we’ll takeoff. We’ll takeoff and put on a solid colour if that’s what you want ( it’s not what I wanted )so I paid the $63 And left to go home and cry. $50 for a refill plus design, which they Never told me. - just want to add for owner I got there at 7pm as was my uber ordered for so I have receipt aswell and you took long past closing hours, ALSO TRUTH no one told me price beforehand AND I only wanted refills leave design from before on and add refill if I wanted to pay 74$ for refill and design why wouldn’t I pay for NEW SET that is ONLY 2$ more. you make no sense. BAD SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION"

"My sister recommended me to go here for a pedicure and see Dana. The experience was amazing. I received the basic pedicure and it didn’t feel basic at all, it felt luxurious! The massage and hot stones were so relaxing. Dana was so friendly and made sure I was happy with the service. I will definitely be going back! The salon is so clean and inviting. Thank you again."

"My experience was wonderful. My daughter and I got our nails done and they were so kind. They found out it was for my daughters birthday and brought her a cupcake, a tiara and a necklace and sang to her. On top of this our nails turned out beautiful. I got shellac and my daughter acrylics."

"Ive had powder gel nails french tip a long time. First time to D'Luxe. My nails were long under the tips and the lady suggested I just do a shellac manicure. They look lovely and I am very pleased with them."

"I booked and asked for shellac with a gel overlay $45. She did 4 of my nails & told me she was doing dip and it was $70. I was uncomfortable speaking up, and I should have. My nails are absolutely horrific. She kept going on and on about me needing to lengthen my nails, but I can't have them long for work. They are shaped weird, thick, and nothing like my inspo picture. Will never return. She didn't eat treat my cuticles which is my sole reason for doing my nails."

"Worse experience ever... pooi who is the massage lady is a complete phoney... I took a Thai massage course there and was bullied so badly by her husband who has nothing to do with the place that I ended up dropping out.... after paying $700 for the course and not even half way through I dropped out and she wouldn't give me a dime back... horrible horrible place and experience!!!!"
