"I recently pinched my back and thought I would try a massage to try to loosen it up. I found Lars at Pure Body Balance had an opening the next day and so glad I did. I wasn't cured, but the next day I felt 80% better, and now two days later, almost back to 100%. This hasn't happened to my back in a few years but when it has, I was usually suffering for 10 days - 2 weeks. I'm grateful for Lars and the kindness I experienced at the studio. I have scheduled a supplementary visit in a few weeks and might just make it a regular maintenance thing. Namaste????????"

"I've been seeing Andrea since before she opened this clinic. I'd been involved in a rear end accident and had chosen physio to heal. I ended up with a neck that would only give me a maximum 45 degree angle to either side and figured I'd just have to live with it. After two visits to Andrea, I had a full 180+ degree range back.
