"TL;DR I asked for a whispy cat-eye style and woke up with caterpillars. I booked here for lashes based on other Google reviews. At my appointment, I told the lash artist that I didn't like fans because they sometimes look chunky on the lashline, and requested strong glue because I was going away for three weeks and wanted the lashes to last. She said I might have gaps on my natural lashes that would require a few fans, and that she would have a look. I told her to choose whatever length and curl she thought would look best. I woke up to russian volume lashes which I was not expecting, nor was I expecting to be charged $150. I protested the upcharge and full volume set, and expressed that I really wasnt happy with how heavy the lashes looked. I had specifically said I didn't like fans and that's all I had on my eyes. I offered to pay the hybrid lash fee of $120+. Rhanda agreed but was icy. Two stars because my retention has been good, even though I have dried glue flaking off my eyelids."

"Edited: I do appreciate the manager reaching out and trying to make it right. Like I said, it wasn't bad service, just schedule an appointment ahead of time, so you can get the appropriate technician for each service. _____ I didn’t want to leave a review, because the girl that did my nails and eyebrows was actually really sweet. But… look at my eyelids today. I was in for a mini manicure and eyebrow wax (and it took two hours ????). But the nail tech wasn’t pushy about telling me how I wanted my nails and left them very natural as I requested. So that was nice. But then for waxing, she pulled up instead of across and took off skin on both eyelids. They stung so bad afterward and still today. I don’t want to cover them with makeup for fear of aggravating it, so that’s just how I’m walking around now. It wasn’t the worst experience I’ve had, but if you’re a walk-in with no previous experience here, just be mindful."

"Natalya is an incredibly artistically talented nail tech. If you're more into plain jane she can do that too. Never had a nail break when she does my nails. Randa is also great and is skilled in many services. She is a detail oriented person and is very good at waxing and threading. She can pretty much do everything including laser and permanent makeup. The lash extensions she does are superb and she is FAST. 10/10 would recommend either of these ladies. I have brought people in here with me and they had nothing but good things to say. I had someone else like my lashes and nails so much, she called and booked with both Natalya and Randa! Everyone at the shop is friendly and helpful. Good place for whatever you need done. :)"

"Was in for the first time a month ago or so. The person doing my eyebrows had suggested about getting laser on my lip. She told me how much and how many sessions, but kindly declined although I really wanted it, it was to much. She then offed a lower price but I still said no. At this time she offered a price that I was comfortable with and I said yes and I would come back in 4-6 weeks. I did that today and she flatly refused that she had offered this. So I said thanks for holding up your offer and walked out. So I guess if you go there get it in writing. Won’t be going back"
