"They take their time and do a great job nor rushing. I recommend the luxury upgrade for 10 dollars honestly its really worth every penny. They give you a hot stone extended massage and wax paraffin your feet very nice will be back"

"This was my 3rd time here with Mindy. She is very friendly and informative. Each time I have had a mani pedi and have never been disappointed. I love that my feet and hands are massaged during the process and my legs are massaged with hot stones ending with a hot towel. Of course my nails look amazing and my hands and feet feel brand new!! I have found my forever nail salon xoxoxoxo"

"Very Unsanitary and unprofessional. The tech didn’t ask if I wanted my nails cut she just started cutting then glued it back when I said I didn’t want them cut, then cut my skin with clippers, dead skin still on my feet. While this was going on I looked up inspection results and they failed for 13 days ago… 1: “Equipment/instrument(s) are maintained in good repair and in a sanitary condition” 2: “Multiple use equipment/instrument(s) are cleaned and disinfected/sterilized appropriately after each client and as often as necessary to maintain in a sanitary manner.” Absolutely no point in an inspection if the region isn’t going to force them to make changes and check up to see if they have. Nothing sanitized when I left, walls splattered with polish and water stains, dead skin in between the foot rests… someone is going to end up something for the rest of their lives because of this place ignorance!!"
"I had an amazing experience. The hot stone and message during pedicure were wonderful. On top of that the fill was beyond any of my experiences at other salons Cindy took her time and examined the shaping of my fill and double checked with me that I was getting what I was getting matched my expectations. This is my new go-to place."
"I've been a loyal client at Serendipity Day Spa for over 5 years, and I cannot recommend it enough! Monique, is truly exceptional. Whether it's for laser hair removal or any of the other services she offers, she always provides top-notch, professional care. She's incredibly accommodating when it comes to scheduling appointments, and her friendly, polite nature makes each visit a pleasure. The spa itself is always immaculate, and it has the most wonderful, relaxing scent as soon as you walk in. I always feel so well taken care of. If you're considering laser hair removal, I highly suggest you see Monique – she’s the best! I recommend Serendipity Day Spa to everyone I know."
"The staff and atmosphere is incredible. They’re always really helpful, cheerful and it’s always clean. They offer discounts relatively frequently and will work to get you what you’re striving for. My reason for going was for laser hair removal. I’ll start by saying I have fair skin and hair so it’s more challenging to target those follicles. The results I’ve gotten from the experience weren’t as effective as I’d hoped (still hairy and grows back relatively quickly). Got some patches that the hair has slowed or stopped but the majority is still there. This all said I know it works it just didn’t work for me and that’s all I can really speak towards. I’d still recommend this place to others that don’t have pale skin and hair cause as I said before I know it works from friends that have gotten it done and they do go over and above for their customers."
"LASER HAIR REMOVAL- I am very disappointed with the laser hair removal services. When I signed up, I was assured that 80–95% of my hair would be removed with their BOGO deal, but after completing the sessions, only about 50% of my hair is gone. I feel the promises they made were misleading, especially considering my cultural background (I’m Persian) and the fact that I naturally have more hair. It seems the company may not be familiar with treating clients with thicker in certain areas or more abundant hair, which could have influenced the results. Additionally, I believe their approach to the treatment was not ideal. They started with low laser settings and gradually increased them, whereas other clinics (based on my research) begin with higher settings from the start leading to better results. This could be a significant reason why my results were less effective compared to others. On top of that, their scheduling practices were good at the beginning . But it’s been frustrating towards the end of my treatment plan as they canceled multiple appointments—twice in a row due to technical issues with their Machine. Although I understand it’s out of their control as accidents happen but their communication could have been more effective! One time, I was already on my way before I learned the appointment was canceled via email, and another time, they only sent an email the day before without any call. I find this level of communication highly unprofessional, especially since customers have to prepare by shaving beforehand. For example, I shaved just before my appointment today, only to realize it had been canceled via an email I missed a day ago. This kind of disorganization caused unnecessary inconvenience and extended the gaps between my treatments, which delayed my results even further. Now I have to shave again in two days, getting razor bumps and hoping this time around it won’t get cancelled. Overall, I am mostly dissatisfied with their service. Although Monique is a very nice lady, but I expected much better communication, and most importantly, results."
"I did not get the desired result for laser hair removal as I was promised. Monique is a nice lady but her daughter that runs the cafe is VERY MEAN AND RUDE… SO IMPOLITE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I recommend avoiding getting in contact with her!"
"I went here for the package. My nails and pedicure were done great. But when it came down to the massage, the girl was quite abrupt and rude, saying I missed my session when the package is booked by the spa. Meaning they should have accounted for the proper time for the 2 hours of nails, which they didn't. I also got a lash lift but was quite disappointed when it didn't even last a weekend. For me, the price isn't worth it for the lash lift or the massage. If anything, it's way overpriced for the product you get."
"I went to your spa today at 11:15. I was not told to show up early or was I sent any paper work. Upon getting there the girl that gave me the massage filled it out on her phone with me. I was told that was part of my massage time and I was charged for a 45 minute massage that lasted only 30 minutes. I also expressed my problem areas a few times which was my neck and it was only worked on for 5 minutes. I went there because I was unable to move my neck and I left there still not able to move my neck."
"I had my first appointment at Serendipity today to get my lashes done by Christina P. and I couldn’t be happier! She did an amazing job and her personality is unmatched. She made recommendations based on what I wanted and she used different sizes of extensions to really give my lashes dimension. The whole vibe was great and Christina is so so awesome. I will definitely be back!"
"Honestly, my experience was good; the staff was kind and all seemed well. I got a gift certificate from my boyfriend and went for a massage and a spa manicure. The massage was lovely but unfortunately the manicure was not up to par. My old nail polish had not been fully removed, my cuticles were messy… the new polish was thick and uneven and began to turn brown and peeled off maybe two days later. Wonderful people, just unfortunately I still have money on the certificate and I don’t think I would go back to use it."
