"We recently celebrated our son’s first birthday at White Oaks Resort & Spa, and the entire experience was exceptional! From start to finish, the service was top-notch and every staff member we interacted with was friendly, professional, and accommodating. A special thank you to Sofiia, the events coordinator, who was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout the planning process. She made everything seamless and stress-free. On the day of the event, Rocco, our event manager, was also fantastic—making sure everything ran smoothly and that our guests were well taken care of. Thank you to the entire White Oaks team for making this special milestone so memorable. We highly recommend this venue for any event!"

"My husband and I, at the last minute booked a 2 night stay at White Oaks, based on a recommendation from a friend. We were not sure what to expect, but I must say nothing fell short from the experience. Checkin was smooth: we ended up upgrading our room which was easier than I expected and they were able to accommodate my request for a beautiful garden view. Desai at the front desk was really warm, welcoming and carefully explained where everything could be found on the property. The room was sparkling clean, the robes and sheets were fresh and crisp, there was tea and Nespresso coffee in the room, and even an extra cable of different device chargers (how thoughtful!). The TV in the bathroom, extra cotton pads, Qtips and shower cap were a nice touch. Pool and Hot Tub: also very clean and constantly being monitored. Everything was in its right place, no complaints except the chlorine smell the first day, but it did die down a little by the second day. Gym: my husband throughly enjoyed the gym, lots of upgraded equipment, clean surroundings and a beautiful mural on the wall. Grounds: we enjoyed walking in the garden in the evening, it is very well manicured and kept even though it’s not yet very warm out. Services: we didn’t end up booking any services, but I am curious and will certainly book next time! Play Restaurant: delicious food and impeccable service, the cheesecake is not to be missed. Highly recommend and would return. Whoever trains for customer service at White Oaks should train at all hotels and restaurants in the GTA, they have a lot to learn from this establishment. Can’t wait to visit again!"

"We really enjoyed our romantic weekend stay at White Oaks. The service is top notch and was refreshing. The suite was quite nice, food was really good at both restaurants. The spa was great and the massages were very good. The fresh flowers everywhere are a special touch. Compared to luxury hotel prices in Toronto, this resort had all the luxury at a much better price. We are going back and would highly recommend."

"This was my first time hosting a corporate event at White Oaks - let's just say I've already locked in for 2026. What a great experience. Highest level of service I've ever experienced, which started with the concierge team the second I walked through the door. Dealing with Roger planning my event was a dream - he's friendly, professional, responsive, and just very good at his job. The hospitality we received from everyone was incredible. Adrian and team ran a team building activity for us during the conference and that was a ton of fun - lived up to every expectation. The food was also great! Awesome experience, great staff, I can't say enough good things."

Thank you very much Desai, you rock! Thank you to Play restaurant and lounge’s amazing manager. I don’t recall her name, but she remembered mines each time we dined. She was petite and beautiful, and made a major impression. Thank you to our waitresses as well, they were kind and attentive. The rooms were clean and spacious. The upgraded bathrooms were a plus. White Oaks made our stay in Niagara Falls a 10/10."

"My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at White Oaks, where we also got married a few years ago! Since then, we have become frequent hotel, spa, and restaurant guests. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained. The service is exceptional, and the staff makes you feel special throughout your visit. A special thank you to Sarah Clark for the thoughtful gesture of leaving a bottle of wine and card in our room—it was a lovely surprise. I'd also like to mention Sandro Bonaldo, who gave us a warm and friendly welcome upon check-in. This place has begun to feel like a second home to us. We also thoroughly enjoyed the spa and dining experiences during our most recent stay. We can't recommend this hotel enough for anyone looking for a memorable and luxurious experience and stay!"

"We hosted a surprise 50th birthday party at White Oaks on Easter weekend and had a fantastic time. Maria and her entire team were so helpful and went above me beyond to make the process as easy as possible. Maria even solved a last minute decor issue for us using her own personal connections. Everyone from the set up team to the day of team (Miranda, Jordan, Sidd etc) were so incredibly kind, willing and went out of their way to be helpful. Honestly an excellent experience, the staff at the resort are phenomenal! Couldn’t ask for better customer service."

"We had a work Conference at White Oaks. It was a beautiful venue and great food. Rocco was a easy to deal with and very pleasant when we encountered a slight issue. His communication skills were positive and he was very accomodating. Emma and Sidd had such a positive, friendly and kind demeanour at our gala dinner. Sidd was always so pleasant and accommodating with a great sense of humour. We would return."
