I have had a couple different treatments at the Bella Donna Healing Spa, and each time I leave feeling so relaxed, pampered and loved on!! "Ça aura prit 1 mois et deux semaines avant d’avoir mon spa dans ma cour malgré qu’il était payé en entièreté depuis le jour 1. Malgré plusieurs appels de ma part pour avoir un suivi, j’ai seulement eu droit à des excuses et aucun suivi de leur coté. Livraison à 340$ pour 12 km et aucun obstacle, très peu professionnel en plus d’être en retard de l’heure convenue. Par contre, bon service lors de l’achat par John, le technicien, qui est une perle rare dans votre entreprise mal lubrifiée."

"Superbe service et rapide en plus. Mon spa a brisé durant la nuit et ils sont venu le réparer la journée même vu l'urgence( -10 Celcius dehors) . Je recommande !"

"Incapable d'obtenir de l'information rapidement, ils nous répondent d'aller les voir mais les heures d'ouverture sont les heures où tout le monde travail. Même à la demande d'information ils ne cesse de répéter d'aller les voir même si nous ne pouvons pas sur leurs heures. Donc manifestement ils n'ont pas besoin de nouveaux clients. Très auto suffisant. Très décevant même après plusieurs tentatives d'obtenir de l'info impossible."

"Déjà, quand t’appelle c’est limite si tu te sens pas un fardeau… ensuite on a un spa depuis moins d’une semaine et deux terminaux qui sont sautés. En tout on a eu 30 mins de spa. Je comprend que c’est reconditionné mais y’a bien une limite…"
