"yesterday I came to this location to remove my acrylic nails & they did not fully remove the acrylic as you can see in these pictures. I was charged $16.95 I did end up going to another nail salon that told me that it’s still on & they end up having to take it off. Unbelievable that a something so simple couldn’t be done properly. I’m really upset. I had two different people at this location tell me it’s off when I questioned it. I really wasted my money. I do enjoy getting my nails done regularly & I would have liked to try this place but I will not be returning due to the service I received."

I’ve been looking for a good quality nail salon in the area for a while and found a lot of mediocre ones and this is the first one that is actually insanely good and at an even better price than the others. "Came into Nail Experts to have a fill done on a French manicure. Lynn rushed through the fill making several mistakes. 1. Thumbnails were cut significantly shorter than the rest of my nails. When I pointed this out she laughed and said "sorry I cut them too short". No offer to re-do them. 2. I had a broken pinky that needed a new tip. This nail is too long and not even with the other hand, acrylic put on is extremely thick. Only 1 coat of bubble bath base was put on and it has an obvious smudge that was simply ignored. 3. Acrylic is thick and bumpy on other nails and one finger feels like the top coat was only put on half of the nail. I have come to Nail Experts many times but the last couple times I have visited I have been extremely disappointed with the job done. Won't be returning."
