She always takes the time to explain to me when I dye my hair how my hair may be affected so I can make an informed decision and know exactly what I can expect. She is always honest with me and very trustworthy. If I am debating between doing two different things to my hair she could easily pick the one that would be more expensive but instead she always advises me to do the option that is best for my hair and will keep it at its healthiest. She has also cut my toddlers hair and she is so patient and great with him. You can tell she genuinely loves her job and her clients. I always feel refreshed and beautiful after leaving her chair!"

Yet she said she styled them how I asked, she even asked what size round brush I used at home. But when you start styling and drying before you separate and cut the bangs …. I honestly BAWLED, and I mean sobbed, the whole 25 minute drive home because she royally effed my cut and I have a wedding in 4 days!!
