"SPA Review only - I Will never go back. I had booked a massage that I had to cancel due to a family emergency. It was a very difficult time for me and I suddenly had to fly out to help my dad who has cancer. I called them immediately to cancel, but because it was Christmas Eve, they didn’t get the message until the day of the massage (26th). They charged my credit card half the cost of the appointment- which is their normal cancellation policy if you don’t give enough notice. I called them to see if anything could be done, because I had given 2 days notice, but the owner said because it was Christmas they didn’t have enough notice. And she was doing me a “favour” by only charging me half. But she wasn’t at all! She charged me exactly what the policy is. She also talked over me and went off for like 5 minutes. It was honestly just the worst experience making an already difficult time so much worse. Plus I had planned to use a gift card for the massage, but instead I paid for nothing and got an earful. I was polite and calm the whole time - I couldn’t believe that the owner would treat a customer so badly!"

"Recently tried Oggi spa. Loved the ambience and service they provide. Loved the heated bed. Bit pricey and I get similar service at much lesser price with similar ambience and service at different places. Only thing I didn’t like is after paying the so expensive price, I was still asked for Gratuity. Overall good experience."

"My first time to Oggi Spa and it won’t be the last! Beautiful space, super clean and professional al staff. I got the Uomo package and it did not disappoint. The experience from start to finish makes this place worthwhile my time and money. Jennifer was amazing, soft hands on my face and firmer for the massage. Scrub, mask, facial, massage AND they used Sothys line (THE best!). Thank you"

"Lovely experience at Oggi Spa today, Kazzel was just great! Had a mani/pedi; one of the nicest times ever. She catered to my requests (I only like using my own tools - which can sometimes make some aestheticians grumpy). Her massage was so relaxing. The whole experience was so pleasant. Even stayed late to make sure I got the best, fullest treatment and was not rushed. Will be back for sure !!"

"I went for a facial for the first time in my life and it was pure bliss. My appointment was with Kazzel and she was fantastic. I was a little nervous at first since I didn’t know what to expect and she was so sweet and easy to get along with, I was completely relaxed in no time. All my tension and stress from a long tough week just melted away. I think everyone deserves to pamper themselves every now and then and I absolutely recommend you check this place out. Even the building where the spa is located in is beautiful, and its in a great location with lots of parking in the back."
