"I went to this spa for the first time a few days ago and it exceeded my expectations. I got the Golden Goddess massage & facial package and it was totally worth it! The massage was so relaxing and incorporated many different elements to promote optimal relaxation. This was followed by a facial which gave me insight into my problem areas and how I can address my skin issues. Ivette spent a lot of time educating me on products best suited for my skin and went above and beyond with a complimentary care package that included a makeup remover, night cream, spot treatment and an informative pamphlet. My session went a little over the 2 hour appointment, I was not rushed at all and felt like she really took the time to make me feel as relaxed and comfortable as possible. "I got my eyebrows waxed at Vivid yesterday. I asked for them to be shaped lightly and for the extra hairs to be removed that weren't part of the shape of my brow. I think that the lady who waxed my eyebrows was Katie. She left me with about 10mm off of the middle of my brow and the arch is very high. Before waxing, I had thick and almost flat with a slightly arched brow and now I'm left like this..."
