"I've been there twice now (last 2 months in a row) and they do a great job. They have a fairly large customer base bit still , are extremely easy to book same day appointments for within just an hour or two of calling. The ladies there are friendly and accommodating. And their prices are actually really reasonable, compared to other places I've been. If you need some you time and feel like treating yourself. This is definitely my go to . The do everything from Uv gel nails to waxing. Absolutely my favorite place to go in Kitchener for a little bit of R&R."

"Today was my first time visiting Nails by Megan and I had my appointment with Hannah. I showed her the first picture and asked for a milky glazed donut. While she was applying the polish I asked multiple times for them to be very opaque as I did not want my natural nails showing underneath. She assured me that she could replicate my inspiration picture but the end result looks nothing like what I wanted. As you can see in the second picture, the one coat she applied was very thin and transparent. The chrome is pretty much non existent as well. After my appointment I was very upset and mentioned the fact that these were no where near what I asked for and the girl told me she will make it more like my picture next time. Which doesn’t help at all as I am going on vacation soon and this experience has just ruined it for me. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a nail salon. They did not care at all about making a new customer happy and only care about making more money as they said they will charge me again to fix their mistake."
