"I quite enjoy the location. It’s nice and quiet, not a lot of people which is the draw for me. I would say it would be nice to have more amenities and they are building on that, so that should be great. It’s not a completely wow destination but quaint and quiet. I definitely recommend for a little rest in Sudbury. The mini Nordic spa pass, detoxifying body wrap, and wellness massage are definitely my favourites."

"This was my first time attending this spa, or any spa for that matter! I had a lovely experience overall, however there were definitely some flaws. During my time in the Hot Tub/Pool/Sauna area, I loved the size, cleanliness, and temperature of the pool. However, the hot tub was really small and poorly made. Thankfully I was able to mostly be in there myself, because even with only one other person in there with me, it was tight enough to feel uncomfortable sharing. Only maybe 4 of the jets worked, and some were falling off. It was also below 100c and the standard is 103-104c. The sauna was nice and hot, but again I would have felt uncomfortable with more than one other person in there with me. The water provided wasn’t cold, and as more guests came in, they didn’t have any more clean cups readily available. The massage felt nice, but the pressure could have been much more firm and I was only asked once regarding the pressure near the very beginning. When I was on my stomach I was comfortable, but once on my back they forgot to reposition the pillow for my legs, so instead of it being under my knees for support, it was under my feet, which left my knees sore even two days later I’m in pain. I also want to mention that the room only fit the bed and it even had to be placed diagonally. The person doing the massage could barely even fit, so that really ruined the ambience. The head massage couldn’t have been longer than 10 minutes, so I was expecting more for that. The facial was nice, but there was one step where I found that whatever brush-like tool they were using, smelt really dirty. My face left glowing so I was really excited, but now I’m breaking out the next day. The locker room was nice but the shower curtains were fabric without a plastic liner, so everything outside the stall was soaking wet. The music was actually the worst part of the entire experience because how am I supposed to feel relaxed when they’re playing “Old Town Road” the piano version while I’m getting a massage? They played strictly popular songs but as piano instrumental versions and it ruined the whole vibe. I also had to wait like 20 minutes between services because they were running behind. I feel like it’s crazy to ask people to bring their own towels or have to pay $5/towel, I’m paying so much to be there that the towels should be free. I give 3 stars because despite the flaws, I did enjoy myself and I didn’t regret the experience. However, I also feel like to be paying that much, you should also receive even just ONE thing complementary for it to truly feel luxurious. For example, a complementary refreshment, or goodie bag of simple items for self care to take home with you, or even a discount card as a thank you to return next time with… anyways! Still a nice experience, but should I book again I would only book the pass to the pool area. Overall, I found it clean, and I enjoyed it!"

"My daughter and I went yesterday. It was an awesome experience. Very nice and clean facility. The staff were very friendly. We used the pool, hottub and sauna all excellent. Showers and change room are very well maintained and clean. We then enjoyed a charcuterie board for lunch and it was all fresh and more then enough for two. We will definitely be back. Great time thanks so much."

"I went to this establishment for the first time because of a bad back, neck and shoulder injury I suddenly experienced. I was very nervous since I’m a shy person when it comes to my injuries. The receptionist who I spoke with over the phone was very kind and explained things very well. But what was even better was my massage therapist Francise. He was so kind and gentle in how he spoke to me. Not to mention, the massage he performed was rejuvenating. Every spot I was in pain was addressed including spots I didn’t even know I was in pain! I 100% recommend him to anyone who needs a strong massage to get those knots out."

I like a firmer massage that leaves you feeling relaxed for hours and that is an exactly what I received. I will definitely be going here regularly for my massages. Francis is an excellent massage therapist and you can tell that he wants you to get the most out of your relaxation time. Prices are also quite reasonable ???? Another amazing massage today. This time given by Stéphane. He gives a very complete full body massage and is very willing to adjust his pressure to your liking. Seems very passionate and is happy to discuss problem areas and what might be causing tension. Would happily see him again and I highly recommend!"

This was my first appointment and my very first sweedish massage and exfoliation. I have a lot of tension in my body, and he was able to help me I will definitely be going back."
