"I arrived for my first appointment a little in advance and when I entered, no one was at the desk. The only instructions visible were to sit and wait for your therapist. I did this for 20 minutes without any signs of anyone. When it was much past my appointment time and still no one had come to recieve me, I tried calling the office to get assistance and was sent to voicemail. After what would have been almost the entire duration of my appointment had passed, and still no one had come out, I eventually just left.... incredibly dissapointing."
