"I had my first visit here today, and I couldn’t be more impressed! Stephanie, my massage therapist, was absolutely amazing, she made me feel so welcomed and at ease . She took the time to understand my needs and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire session. Her technique was top-notch, and I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. It’s clear that she truly cares about her clients and is passionate about her work. I’ll definitely be returning to her and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic massage experience!"
"I have had positive experiences with some of the massage therapists but the business itself is not client centered. If you are a few minutes late they will cancel your massage and take your previous credit card in format and put it through. I was not informed they would be doing this. I was a regular customer and did not expect them to do this. Also they do not offer any other option other then one hour which is almost 150 but if you are limited in how much coverage you have for massage therapy this can be very limiting. Now they have added a tip option when paying. For me this was a final straw! This is an expensive and indulgent process. Every time I go for a massage I have to ask my self if I can afford it and if I deserve it. Now I have to feel guilty if I can’t afford to tip. Anyway I think there are better places to go where they don’t take advantage of their customers. Just be careful about giving credit card info."
"Went for my first massage there today. Emily was awesome! I would highly recommend her. She is very thorough and knowledgeable. Thanks for the great experience Orchid. I will be back!"
"The best massage I have ever had. Beautiful atmosphere, warm table, dimly lit room and calming music. Perfect amount of pressure, Shannon was very kind and listened to all of my concerns before the massage! She also gave recommendations for stretching my ankle (which had been broken 1.5 years ago and was still quite tight)"
"Not impressed with their business concept just as someone else mentioned previously. A few months ago I had covid and wasn’t able to give them the 48hr notice to reschedule because I found out the day before. They warned me that next time I’d be charged. This past weekend my daughter and I got the flu and again wasn’t able to give them the 48hr notice. I tried calling and left messages asking to reschedule instead of cancel. Nobody called me back after trying to contact them multiple times. Two days later I checked my account and was charged the full $141.25 onto my account. They never called me back or even send me a receipt via email like they usually did. It wasn’t until another day went by that I again emailed and sent a message through their site asking for a receipt. I asked why they don’t give you a call that your credit card is being charged and I got the response, “it’s clearly stated in our terms of agreement.” A courtesy call would have been appreciated. The massage therapists aren’t bad besides being able to hear everything in the other rooms during the massage. But I don’t agree with the way things are run and won’t be returning."
"Stephanie was absolutely phenomenal! She listened to my areas of concerned, was considerate about checking in on comfort level but also made sure to work each area effectively. I have never had an RMT be able to pin point all the muscles and work until there was immediate release of tension. Definitely looking forward to my next appt!"
"Today was my first experience with a massage here. It was fantastic and Wendy was informative and helpful with the issues I was having. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing experience."
"Emily was incredible - she was so sweet and so informative. She made sure I was comfortable and checked in often to make sure I was getting the most out of the appointment. I’ll be back to see her for sure!"
