"I appreciate the last minute booking but unfortunately this place isn't it if you're looking for a nice, relaxing massage. It's located on the second floor of a fitness gym so if it's your first time you might have a hard time finding where to go. The man that booked my appointment booked it for 4:30pm, the one massage therapist that I eventually found had an appointment already booked and the other lady who i was scheduled with didn't start her shift until 5:00pm. The floors creaked whenever someone moved around and the lady giving me my massage was playing spa music on Spotify...with advertisements lol. The whole experience was far from relaxing but the massage itself was great."

"Impressive is more than I can say to describe my experience at this business. After 25 years since my last massage, this place totally proved themselves both professional and inspiring. I pulled my back out and needed a massage and tried this business. First let me say that the cleaniness of the place impressed me as soon as I walked in. The friendly, informative and understanding from the staff from my first question was great. The massage was awesome and came out moving faster than a sloth (my movement speed prior to massage). "Now this is just my experience, everyone else has had great experiences and I love that! My experience was the rooms are cold, I had no top blanket or table warmer, which made it hard to relax. I found the table hard and uncomfortable on my big chest when laying prone (face down). The room was not quiet or relaxing, you hear every step people take as the floor creaks quite loud, and the walls are also quite thin so you overhear conversations, maybe quiet tones could be used upstairs to help that? The actual massage.. I was there for a 90 min, unfortunately Don did not touch my quads (upper front thigh) I could have asked, but I wasn't sure his routine so I let him do his thing. In the end I was disappointed my quads didn't get touched. It's hard to speak up when you are naked on a table and have a professional working on you. There also came a point when I was laying supine (on my back, face up) he dropped the face cradle, held my neck and extended my cervical spine, as he did that he pushed his fingers into the base of my skull into what I assume my C1 or C2 TVPs, I'm not sure if this is some kind of manual osteopathic movement, but it was sooo uncomfortable and my jaw has been clicking since. Maybe it is a massage technique that I have yet to learn in school.. I asked not to have my face touched as I had a jaw surgery last year. I should have clarified even further that I don't want my neck manipulated either. I'm going to the Chiropractor this morning, 2 days post massage because I'm so scared of neck and jaw being out of line now. I'm glad people have had great experiences! & this was just mine. But I didn't find it tranquil."

"After spraining a disk in my lower back a few years ago I deal with chronic lower back pain/tightness. Esharie is amazing at finding tight spots and helping them release, and has excellent knowledge of how tightness in one area affects other regions."

"What a great space! Everyone in this space is skilled at what they do! My nail Technician Fiorella was wonderful. Very sweet and talented! I've never had my nails look so good! I did an overlay on my own nails. Just perfection. They do Russian manicures. The salon is very clean and cute. I had a wonderful experience and would recommend it to anyone that can afford it. UPDATE: I Just finished a skin tightening treatment with Hanna! I had a wonderful experience. She is very knowledgeable and has a really positive energy (something you need for her profession!) Explains everything. Super clean and calming environment. My skin feels tighter and lighter and moist. Plumper. Love it. Ill be going back for a facial next! You can buy packages as well. I recommend Hannah to everyone. Everyone is very friendly and professional I also did a nail session with Katrin - she is also amazing! Everyone here is talented ????."

"I have been to the lash and nail room 3 times. The service and standard is exceptional. The salon is always clean, tidy, and scent free. I have been getting a gel fill and designed at each of my visits. The services are expensive, but they are transparent with their pricing. My manicure easily last 4 weeks with very little wear and tear. I never feel rushed and always leave with incredible nails. Savhanna has been doing my nails for years and I’m thrilled she’s joined this salon."

"Next Level nail salon. I've only visited once, but I'll definitely be back. I was greeted by the receptionist who offered me a coffee. And had my nails done by Firoella. They were so flexible and accommodating with the booking as I work shift work and live out of town. Fiorella accommodated me even though I didn't book the right service myself. I also walked in with my nails a mess from a salon in Florida who sadly did a number on my hands. Fiorella insisted on fixing them and was so sweet and kind. Can't wait to go back!"
