"I loved going to this establishment. However I was late today by 5 minutes because I was stuck in traffic going towards her business. I called to explain, no answer so I texted and she proceeded to say you’re from 8-15 and my next client is 815-830. So she would have to take her next patient instead of me ? While during the past year of me going, she’s been 5-20 minutes late for my apportionment. But I’m late once and she said that. Lost my business"

"Amazing nail Master! ???? I was treated with coffee at the beginning. My old gel nails were removed with care. An exfoliating scrub followed after completing old gel nails removal. Anju works very accurately and is very polite and proactive. After I had an opportunity to use massage chair while waiting for my friend. I would definitely recommend her. She is brilliant! ⭐️"
"I never write negative reviews but this time I want express my dissatisfaction and frustration with the service my daughter and I received at your salon last Sunday. I had scheduled appointments for a nail refill and pedicure for myself, and a nail refill for my daughter. Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. We spent a total of four hours in the salon, during which I was attended to by a technician who appeared to be unprofessional and still in training. This was evident from the extended time taken to complete the services. To add to the discomfort, I observed an experienced technician laughing with her clients about the duration it was taking to complete my nails, which I found unprofessional and disrespectful. The quality of the manicure was subpar; the polish began peeling off the same night, and three nails detached the following day. I contacted the salon to request a redo of my nails, especially since I had an important work occasion. However, I was informed that no technicians were available to accommodate me. Consequently, I had to seek services at another salon to rectify the issue. I reached out again to request a reimbursement and provided photographic evidence of the poor service. After multiple attempts, I was offered a 20% discount on my next visit. Considering the time invested and the inconvenience caused, I find this offer inadequate. Never again to this place. Worse experience ever UPDATE: Answering to the owner comments 1. I should have looked at the reviews of other clients before visiting your salon. It looks like I am not the only one frustrated from the amount of time and the quality of service. It’s my fault 2. I was only offered to redo my broken nails with the same technician or 20-% on my next visit. Which will never happen. 3. Yes, i was talking with the other technician and her client about the unqualified technician who was doing my nails and they were both commenting on how incompetent she is. (Listen to the conversation and their comments, I am not lying) 4. I never insulted or talked in an agressive manner on the phone. All what I said that I will never come to your salon again and I will write my review."
"Got a bio gel overlay yesterday. The place is well maintained and clean and the ladies are very nice. However, I got a newbie nail tech who was still in training. She did an ok job and my nails look decent but when you take a closer look you can tell they are not even and they’re super thick on the tips. These are all my natural nails underneath. On their website it states that a fill is 50 dollars yet I ended up paying 100 tip included. I liked the place and the convenience that’s near my home but to charge as a senior nail tech when you’re a newbie is a bold move and I don’t think it’s fair. Giving them 3 stars since there’s a lot of room for improvement. Update** Went to get fill at a different place today, only to find out that thanks to the poorly done job of a newbie nail tech, I got fungus on my nails. This has never happened to me before and it forced me to cut the nails that I grew out for months. I DON’T recommend this place for any nail service. They charge hundreds of dollars only to cause infections. Train your nail techs better before you let them pretend they know what they’re doing. If I could give 0 stars I would. This salon ruined my nails."
"Its not my first time in this salon, I usually get only shellac on my toenails. This time I tried the full pedicure and express manicure. Melissa is very nice and gentle and also the other girl who did my manicure. Whoever I really wasn't satisfied with the services. It took literally 3 hours to get my manicure done, that's extremely long and waste of my time. The girl kept saying she is still practicing and that she's not used to do biogel and french manicure, I told her that's ok but that's really dont look like the picture I showed her. My nails look like its unprofessionaly done. When I finished, the manager Mary asked me if everything was ok but I honestly told her that I was not satisfied with the service and that 3h is way too long. I showed her my nails she looked a them and said nothing. She didn't do anything about it. When I was paying, the girl who did my nails kept saying sorry sorry. I felt so tired after this appointment. The pedicure is ok but I still have alot of callus on my feet. I really wanted to give this new business a chance but they really seem to be preoccupied only by the money and not the quality of the service."

"Updated review Following my review I was personally contacted by the salon owner to discuss the issues with my nails. She was extremely attentive and did not try to shift any of the blame my way. We concluded that a step had been forgotten and she offered me a redo at no charge. I’m happy to say that my nails are still perfect with no signs of weakness or risk of un gluing. I am very impressed by the level of commitment to quality customer service and customer relationships. Things will happen but it’s the way a commerce reacts that makes the difference between a good business and a great business that has customers coming back regardless. I think there are still some growing pains and lack of experience in some areas of expertise but know they are doing their best to find solutions. A great addition to our neighbourhood and I highly recommended giving them a try. Sorry about the bad review but I was really disappointed with the service and quality. Manicure & pedicure took almost 3 1/2 hours. 3 nails were broken the next day. Had them repaired at no cost but a week later I have 4 nails broken off. Very disappointing for the high price paid. I live across the street but will go back to my previous salon as the price is cheaper and the nails stay glued. These were acrylic nails. Lack of experience of the staff. It’s a shame as the place is beautiful, airy and clean. ????♀️"
"I usually never leave negative google reviews but my experience was horrible. A part from the nice decor, this place is horrible. I booked an appointment with Tania, and got Amy who it took 3 HOURS to do a simple set of oval nail extensions. I had even asked for a french tip with my milky white polish and gave up on it because clearly she was not experienced. Her gloves ripped and got caught TWICE in my nails. My dip powder is way too thick and the polish is not even. She cut my cuticles a good 6x during the appointment when I told her to stop, she claimed she was cutting off the extra dip powder. It also took a whole hour before she even put on the extensions. Waste of time for a poor result. I still tipped regardless but I am highly disappointed and will never go there again. See pictures attached. UPDATE : 2 days later, my nail polish already chipped"
