"The massage was painful even though I asked the massage therapist to not use too much pressure a couple of times. She did not check if I was okay. My neck, back and shoulders were very sore for a couple of days and sore for the rest of the week. The person at the reception was pleasant and the clinic is well kept and nice. I did not feel I received the benefit I went in hoping for."

Amanda Hill is a fantastic masseuse, and unlike a few other massage therapists in the past, she is not afraid to really dig into those knots. Everyone I have run into here has been pleasant, though is you want a specific person you may want to keep pre booking as I’ve found last minute appointments are very difficult to come by. If you want to good, deep tissue massage, this is the place to go."

Kevin and Jay do an amazing job running the salon with their coffee station, pricing, costumer service and just overall quality. If you want an honest, professional clean salon this is the place. Kayla, Ana, Chels have all done my hair and 10/10!! I also just did a moisturizing facial with Makayla and it was so relaxing and left my face so moisturized and smooth! "So frustrated. Today I had to cancel mine and my friend’s pedicure. I live 2 hours away from the Salon and was hoping the weather would get better on the day of my appointment but it got worse. I called as soon as the salon opened and spoke with Jason. My appointment was booked for 3pm and I tried to notify them as early as I could. He said that I would most likely be charged. I waited and sure enough I was charged 50%. I understand policy but I would have hoped for discretion in a case like this. He responded that I knew the weather was going to be bad before the day of my appointment and should have cancelled earlier. Yes, but Ontario weather changes all the time as we know. As I said to him, I would drive through a blizzard but not when freezing rain/drizzle is also present-which is the case from where I am coming and found that out this morning. Unfortunately I will not be rescheduling and neither will my friend. This to me is not good customer service. I can see where he is coming from but is it worth losing a current and future customer? Disappointed.☹️"

I have very acne prone skin and I am getting married in 6 months. Every time I see Mckayla for a facial she is nothing but great!!! "Roxanna did an amazing job providing services for my wedding. My nails through a different nail technician did not turn out the way I had wanted them to and she did a fantastic job fixing them. She took the time and care to provide the look I was aiming for. The salon was also very accommodating fitting me in the day before our wedding. Roxanna also did my wedding makeup. I was looking for a natural look. She understood what I was looking for and delivered on that. I would highly recommend Kevin Lunn and Roxanna for nails and makeup."

"I'm never one to put a bad review but I feel it's important to let people know about my experience. MAKEUP...I had a black/Grey blend under my eyes, she used the same brush for concealer as my eye shadow. I had to redo my undereye. The eye shadow was lovely though. She also said she doesn't do lips, so I did my own lips. One of the bridesmaids had makeup streaks all over her face. She even asked for it to be blended and the "makeup artist" said it was blended. She went to her room and re-did her whole face. Bride's mother had a very rude makeup artist. LASHES..never stayed on. Not trimmed short enough so it kept lifting off my eye. Glue was not good. Ended up taking them off and using my own mascara. HAIR..a younger girl washed out my pink joico colour I had paid ALOT of money for in my regular Toronto salon a week prior. The wrong shampoo and extremely hot water was used for my wash. My hair was white after my wash. I have a short pixie hair style with pink highlights. Thank God I brought my joico hot pink with me for the wedding. My hair girl was able to apply it and style my hair. One bridesmaid had curls and waves put in her hair and they were falling out and almost straight an hour later. Quality should be much better for wedding services or any services for that matter. I mean I guess you get what you pay for. The prices were too good to be true. Over $100 I was charged for the makeup and blowout/style even after the mistake made with my wash. They didn't even offer to take any money off my total. Brutal!"

"I went in for a lash lift and tint today and was extremely disappointed with the results. I have blond eyelashes and the black tint turned out perfectly fine but my lashes were not lifted at all but stayed in their regular shape. I have had my lashes lifted before at a different salon with great and lasting results so I know it's not an issue with me. I definitely don't recommend going in for lash lifting services."
