"Went in today for an appointment for a eyebrow waxing , the receptionist was absolutely horrible, as soon as I walked in she gave me the dirtiest look, I inquired about their tanning salon and just asked if you can walk in? She said “NO”. I said , ok can I book an appointment? She said how long do you normally go for? I said usually 10 to 12 minutes, she said “NO”. She then said for that you can drop in? I was confused? Since she just said I can’t walk in! She then again gave me the worst dirtiest look and walked away! I was asking the other ladies what did I do wrong? I mentioned that I could’ve went anywhere else but I chose to come here and this is how I get treated? I asked the ladies for her name and they refused to give it to me! I asked again , and said I will not be giving you guys my service!"

"I got my nostril, septum and my tounge pierced here and I TOTALLY would rather take the journey up to the hart from the bowl then go to any other piercer. Craig is super sweet and makes me feel super comfortable bc I always get super nervous with piercings and he communicates everything hes doing in a way that i can understand whats happening, but not get too anxious about it. definitely gonna get my eyebrow done here next:D"
