"I needed a massage since I have a desk type of job. My neck, shoulders and back is in need of massage. It was a last minute thing for me and I was able to book an appointment. There were plenty of parking spots in the location and it's a quaint office. The place is clean and I was greeted with a friendly host. Don't forget to change your footwear with the slippers available by the entrance☺️. I didn't wait long and was greeted by Travis. He was super friendly and professional and asked questions about what I needed worked on. I mentioned what I do and where my pains are. During my massage he has found all the tight muscles and applied the right amount of pressure that is needed for my muscles. I went for the 45 minute session and received the intended service I needed. After my service, Travis checked in to see how I was feeling and told him all is amazing, I can move again ☺️. I felt relaxed and recharged. The receptionist confirmed my coverage and asked if there's any other services I needed. I mentioned I'm okay for now and will recommend them to my husband. She wasn't pushy which I appreciate because my last experience with a certain massage therapy was pushy. Great experience and thank you. Will most likely come back again."

"The massage with Amanda was good. But this place doesn’t offer luxurious experience which some of the other places offer. Like no aromatic oils used, only a non scented moisturizer is used for massage."

"Best place I've been so far with kind, compassionate, and patient professionals. I've seen no less than 4 people at this studio and they all have been helpful and happy. The only place I recommend to family and friends! Even when experiencing a pregnancy craving as I was leaving, I called back and the receptionist laughed with me and directed me towards the nearest bakery haha!"

"Its a nightmare getting through for an appointment, everything is pretty much booked up always! And when you do occasionally get a response for booking availability, its told to you that they are not accepting new patients. Excuse me, why add me to the list. Me and my husband has been trying, been tossed to and fro between calls etc. We only kept trying because this place is 6 minutes drive from our home and its in direct billing list of my employer. But I certainly am taking my business elsewhere, this is too much of a hassle in order to get a paid service! And nobody can squeeze you in anywhere! Never heard about a service like that. Pathetic."

"I had pain in my chest and shoulder due to heavy weight lifting in the gym. RMT Jasmina is very experienced. The moment she massaged my shoulders she pointed out my muscles were stiff. Jasmina did her magic and my pain was gone. This was the best massage I ever had. She is amazing!!! Jasmina you rock!!!"

Despite my loyalty and genuine need to reschedule my appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, I was denied any flexibility when I called to reschedule just 25 minutes past the 24-hour cancellation window. I explained my situation and emphasized my intention to book another appointment at a later date, but the staff, particularly Megan, rigidly enforced the policy without consideration for the minimal time difference. This lack of understanding and customer accommodation has left me questioning the clinic’s commitment to client satisfaction and service. I had initially planned to book more massage therapy sessions for both myself and my family at this clinic, but due to this experience, we will be seeking services elsewhere. I expected more understanding and flexibility from a wellness service provider."

"My first experience with Savannah Massage Therapy in Kitchener was great. Free and easy parking, clean facility, and pleasant staff. My treatment with Yumeno was one of the best I ever had. I will definitely be returning. The one thing that can be improved is the signage. There is a big sign outside the building, but I was unsure which door I should enter or exactly where to find the office. It didn't take long as it is not a huge building, but some signage would have helped."
