Booked a couples massage, we both had very different experiences. One of us really enjoyed the experience, loved techniques, felt relaxed, enjoyed the quiet practitioner, felt relaxed. One of us had a very offputting experience, person was gruff in speaking, loud, put thing on legs during, techniques that were jostling, got off the table not feeling relaxed and feeling very sore. The upbrupt "we're done" by one and "apparently we"re done" by the other also left a weird feeling while leaving. Overall, one massage was great but we both left feeling that it was an odd experience.

Lasted 25 mins of a 90 massage as that’s all I could tolerate of another employee chatting in the next room. No consideration for others in the facility. My massage person even asked them to quiet down but they didn’t. I ended the massage as I did not want to listen to loud talking and couldn’t care less that others had to hear them. Open concept ceilings. Selling relaxation but it’s anything but.

My partner and I just got a Full Body Couples Massage and it was great! The facility is very clean, and we were greeted in a friendly and kind manner. The massage was fabulous and we left feeling relaxed and refreshed!

I took my girlfriend here today for a couples deep tissue 60 minute session. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The ambiance was relaxing and light. The massage was incredible and it was nice to be in the same room as my girlfriend while we both were worked on. Staff listened to us when we said what areas we wanted worked on more or less and were very attentive. The session lasted exactly 60 minutes not including dressing time and that was appreciated. We will be back for more!

Went in today Saturday August 24 2024 have been in for massages with my husband there about 4 or 5 times before and always had a good experience which is why we keep coming back. The blonde woman at the reception desk today spoke to us in the most inappropriate customer manner I have ever seen. She was rude and unbearable and spoke to us like we were stupid. Will not be back again. And will warn people against spending their money in a place that employs such horrible people.

My massage was mildly satisfactory. I appreciated that they were understanding i was running late and still gave me my full time... however I found it unprofessional how my therapist left my room multiple times to turn the relaxing music back on with the door open and didn't even cover my bum once while doing so.. she asked the receptionist to take care of it and he receptionist failed to do so. The rooms are not sound proofed so the noise from other people in the building takes away from the relaxation. I asked for my feet to have special attention and she didn't get to my heel which really needed it. Also my neck did not get a lot of attention which is one of the most important parts of the body. I paid $160 for a full body + cupping session including a $5 tip. My therapist didn't really seem to understand the use of the cups in comparison to previous experience I've had and I regret paying the extra $20 for it. She did a good job but you can really tell they aren't as professional as some places I am used to. I feel mostly better but really expected much more. Unfortunately I won't be back.
