I have been a client of Jon’s for over a decade and some and cannot say anything negative about him or his business. Indeed, he is the best massage therapist I’ve had in my life (and I’ve had a few since I broke my back and other injuries)! His work is unequivocally therapeutic as a whole. Jon is a dedicated therapist, extremely caring and very respectful. If you are looking for results whether it be for relaxation or pain relief, you won’t find anyone else as good in the region! This reflects in his busy schedule as he’s in high demand. But I suggest you still check on his availability as sometimes he has some time here and there or even if feasible, he will find time for his clients, even new ones. Go see him, I have no doubt, you won’t be disappointed!!

I had a massage with Devora, which was good, but unfortunately I haven't received the receipt which was supposed to be emailed to me. After not receiving it after a couple of days, I assumed it was sent to the wrong address, so I called and left a massage about it. After not hearing anything for another week or so, I emailed asking for the receipt to be resent. I still have not received any acknowledgement or my receipt. So, it seems I will end up paying full price for a massage that was supposed to be 80% covered by insurance. It sucks.

I went for what was supposed to be an $80 massage (45 minutes) with Devora and when it came time to pay I was charged $95 to my Visa but only given a receipt for an $80 massage. When I called to have this rectified, John (the owner), said that he would send me a cheque for the difference but I have yet to receive that cheque. He was also not terribly apologetic for the mistake. I would recommend going elsewhere.

I had the best treatment I can remember with Jon. It was such a unique experience: It felt like my muscles had had a really good workout but I felt relaxed at the same time. I also appreciated the time he took to show me some exercises I can do that will help my issue. And a bonus: I had the deepest sleep that night- I didn't wake up once :) Thank you Jon!
